Re: Can Cardano Price Reach $ 10 in 5 Years?
by
varun bee
on 04/07/2018, 18:58:44 UTC
cardano has total supply of 31,112,483,745 according to cmc out of which circulating supply is close to 25,927,070,538 as on date so if we make it 10$ a piece after 5 years then the total market cap would surpass current mcap of entire crypto market. also within 10 years we may see some cool new working projects with working models & actual interesting use case which may put these blockchains into oblivion so 5 years in crytpo is a entire generation & predicting that high is quite random & of no effect imo.

Re: Will EOS hit $100 in this Year?
by
varun bee
on 04/07/2018, 18:50:05 UTC
with the amount of airdrop its gonna have, the cumulative value of one EOS token may reach more then 100$ but alone & that too in 2018 it looks tedious, it has to ramp 10x from its current price & will take its mcap close to 90$ billion which is quite astonishing considering the FUD around it. history has shown that bitcoin rules the roaster & its dominance is undeniable so in order to eos to moon bitcoin has to moon harder, which it will but we have to see the effect on it on EOS

Re: If you want to live longer

eat less, breath more, intermittent fasting, regular exercise are some of the factors that help in longevity. eating more than necessary increases aging in humans. adding extra food does help humans & we don't see lindy effect. whereas eating less or sufficient maybe the key to help increase life span. there maybe a  corelation in high among high food consumption and decreased life span. also this the tweet you might wanna check out https://twitter.com/Mangan150/status/1014209536201146368

maybe search through altcoin section for bounty selection, but always keep in mind the fact that, is it gonna reach softcap or hardcap? & then it maybe able able to pay bounty hunters. due to bearish market the icos are not able to reach at desired cap so watchout for that. also keep in mind & always assume that bounty payment is gonna come late. happy hunting. check these try amazix bounty, bounty0x, bountyalert, bountyhive etc. also lookout for the negative rating accounts which run bounties.

Re: Is this the time for a comeback for crypto?
by

this might be a bull trap to pour some additional liquidity in the market. bear market isn't over yet & we might take another downturn from here but looking back at bitcoin's volatile nature all these words are empty air, it went from 3k to 20k in 35 days if i remember it correctly so guessing on bitcoin's return of bull market is a tough cookie. if op thinks that this game is for long run then sure, if its just a short term guess game, roll your dice & lets see what happens.

Re: Why isn't atheism classified as another religion?
by
varun bee
on 04/07/2018, 18:18:41 UTC
because an atheist don't believe in the god until proven otherwise imo, so they put they put the onus on religion to prove the existence of god or any supernatural entity. classifying atheism into other religion would make a collection of people who are doubtful & doubt cannot equate with faith so the combination would be a complete absurdity. folklores and mythological stories should always be taken with a pinch of salt. also the debate is quite interesting if religious people bring strong cases in defence.

Re: In 2020, the revenue from the bounty will be more than 2018 or less?
by
varun bee
on 04/07/2018, 18:12:03 UTC
from the recent trend, as soon the bull run arrives, the icos will pop up, with that no. of bounty projects will increase with that no. of bounty hunters will increase, its highly unlikely that we will see less no. of bounty hunters until we have a lasting bear market. bear markets are good for thinning the herd. also it is the bear market where tech develops at more faster way not the other way around because of the less noise.

Re: Why do Bounty Hunters Sell Immediately they receive reward?
by
varun bee
on 04/07/2018, 17:56:41 UTC
depends totally in which bear/bull cycle one is doing its bounty, in bull cycle as soon you receive the tokens, it would be wise to sell them asap to gain maximum out of it whereas in case of bear cycle, it would be profitable to hold some of the payments to sell them in the bull market if the project has any potential in the future. people paying bills out of bounty programs need to have consistent cash flow so they dump at the very beginning.

Re: What's your opinion of gun control?
by

on 04/07/2018, 17:50:03 UTC
right to defend also gives you right to hurt someone unnecessarily like we have seen in the news especially in the case of schools in the US, background checks should be a norm, also there are approx 300 million guns in the states so auditing them is an impossible sort of task so background checks, weapon limit, types of weapon sold can be put into consideration while selling a new one. students should be sensitized from an early age about weapons if they are gonna grow up in that place.

Re: Four Crypto Exchanges Challenge Supreme Court
by

they are already taxing normal crypto wallets, don't think they will actually take such a radical step when other governments like s.korea, u.s.a are showing positive indications towards crypto trading. on the other side banning might not be a prudent idea as it will result in loss in revenue. just another news to keep the fire going or maybe the court may decide in favour of crypto exchanges.

Re: Plagiarism in Whitepapers, what do you think?
by
varun bee
on 04/07/2018, 17:30:08 UTC
i think recently DADI was caught plagiarizing but that has become a sort of industry norm in crazy ICO bull run which gave birth to never heard of blockchain experts. TRON had a very bad rep regarding its whitepaper. But contrary to popular belief it helped many projects in making $$ even though the plagiarizing news was in public domain. it will take time to amend these shortcomings, untill the situation changing.

Re: Metronome (MTN) Bitcoin Killer?
by
varun bee
on 02/07/2018, 21:33:25 UTC
whatever be the killer of btc, if there is one, it won't reveal itself with an ico first of all.  second point, it won't have dutch auction to prove itself lol. the advisory team shall not consist of people who predict demise of btc just to pump there own shitty ico. also btc killer has to sound simple, the developers won't be hired, they will start the working engine by themselves also if someone has to be btc killer they won't appoint a CEO to make it more complicated. all in all metronome is very away from being a bitcoin killer. anti-fragility is hard to achieve (which bitcoin has) but once it gets achieved it makes the system very robust.

Re: Masternode

Hello guys!
Could you please tell me the meaning and importance of masternode?
Thank you all.

Do yourself a favour and avoid them. Nearly all are scams.

PIVX, MONK, APR to name a few seems to have nice roi & a consistent team, proper github activities. not all of them are scam, majority of them are but not all.

The vast majority sell the scam nodes then dump the project.
well the aforementioned projects have been in the domain for a while & aren't proved to be scams up until now. dash runs a masternode, although costly but not a scam.

Re: how to start with ta?
by

John J Murphy - Technical Analysis Of The Financial Markets is a go to book for starting TA. observation on prices, volume & then moving forward applying oscillators might help to a beginner. also recently i came across nik patels an altcoin trader's handbook which i havent read yet but the reviews were quite good. reading these few books, observing price patterns and then applying best judegement may help in honing the trading skills.keeping check on emotions also helps. Also if you dont have any bitcoin try a test net version of bitmex to start with. good luck.

Re: Porn is creating transgenders
by

hypothetically if hypno-porn worked like that then god knows what else is coming, maybe people experiencing it were already transgender but weren't able to express it, i think porn kind of legitimates it & works as a confirmation bias that yes it could happen, getting addicted to porn is wide spread happening but changing sexual orientation due to watching continuous porn is difficult to digest. if thats the case then watching mission impossible or sherlock series might turn one into a spy or detective. also identity crises, mental health, family conditions may play a vital role in understanding such issues.

Re: What will the CMC top 10 look like if it goes full bear?
by
varun bee
on 27/06/2018, 17:54:18 UTC
eos recently finished a $4 billion ico, with that kind of war chest its not happening soon although the FUD around it is crazy. projects which are centralized are going to face problems in future but in the incoming bear market the ones with heavy mcap & funding although no matter how fundamentally flawed they are, are gonna pump hard to be the saving grace. the hype which propels such projects into limelight will take some time to die because of the bag holders & heavy investors, until they decide that someone else shall hold their bags. top 10 isnt  drastically changing in the short term imo.

by

from a purely speculative point of view, prediction for the next 1-3 Years;

BTC - $200,000
ETH - $15,000
XRP - ? done & dusted
BCH - $7
DASH - $7,500

although these are what could happen sort of situation but one never knows what might happen. also something with unlimited supply and centralised backdrop, its tough road ahead.

Re: Self-education.

being a surgeon or scientist needs a lab & peer checks so its highly unlikely that someone can accomplish those skills just by self educating. we live in a world full of leverage & one can utilize internet to learn some skill but being totally self educated specially on internet & having no other point of learning may not be ideal situation. real world application is important & different in many fields, theoretically whats written & how it can be done may turn out to be a different thing. unlike in sports, nobody 'taught' maradonna or pele the skills they had, what they had was pure instinct, skill & prowess of their own. so it differs in every aspect.

Re: corruption and education
by
varun bee
on 27/06/2018, 17:25:13 UTC
this whole sweeping generalisation is absurd to begin with. corruption is not a educated or uneducated base phenomenon, but being educated helps one to make good contacts or in the higher places and then progress to commit humongous scams. corruption is associated with greed & compartmentalization of a system. when a system is rewarding corruption, people will automatically assume it to be a norm & everyone is expected to fall in line with either paying the system or getting paid by the system. education plays little or negligible part in such occurring. better education or awareness may help in lowering the level of corruption but thats another point to begin with.

Re: How blockchain can help poor countries
by
varun bee
on 27/06/2018, 15:35:23 UTC
decentralization or without third party systems can be a real game changer for poor countries whether in politics or banking or governance. the idea that there is no need of third party human intervention can create a system which rewards its participants based on their involvement in the network is surely solution for never ending corruption where power is centralised at one point. also decentralized networks whether in money, politics or any form help to mitigate black swan events because of no single point of failure.
