Paypal deducted the $2 balance of the vcc. And already give you the paypal code. If paypal declined the card the balance must be there.
You provided me a card that is blocked in the UK. As soon as I let you know that they don't work you started just ignoring me.

The card instantly limited the account becuase its a philippines prepaid student card you sent me which don't work in the EU.
I've been messaging you about this since you sent me the card and this is the first time you have responsed. The cards you supply DON'T work with EU accounts so i'm currently waiting for you to send me a refund
