Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet?

No wallet gives interest in stores bitcoins whereas of someone deposited a certain amount of money in a bank under fixed deopsit or similar scheme he is basically earning on his money that is residing safely in the account. You gotta invest or use those bitcoins in some scheme to earn more. Although bitcoins are more prone to get lost due to scams that are a major nuisance for even the most careful of bitcoiners. Hence banks...

Re: What Is The Best Way To Handle Racial Discrimination(s)
by

People try to feel superior by discriminating others. It's their method of coping with the facts that no one finds them interesting or even attention worthy and then they try to impose their vulnerabilities on others. They do it to look "cool" (don't even know the definition of their version of cool), to hide their own shortcomings and failures.

Why don't they just cool off someplace else, play some squash, make their life PRODUCTIVE, give your living a meaning.

Best way to handle them: do not acknowledge them as humans. Think of them as some blabbering NPCs who are there just muttering illegible nonsense. Pay no mind to them. Strive to achieve success. That'll be the slap on their faces.

Only buy from sellers with green trust. Always remember to use escrow, before making a solid deal ask whether the account has been already banned from campaigns or not. Tread carefully for there may be those guys who are looking to get the dead weight off of them by deceiving others.

A friend of mine earns almost a grand or so dollars on bitcoin. Over the time he has invested in bitcoin he's made a lot of contacts... And he just sits for an hour or two at most per day and earns the above mentioned sum.

Banks do provide more facilities; also various services that are provided can be understood and and used for benefit even by people who aren't that tech friendly and aware. Bitcoins are good but they can not guarantee returns that recurring deposits or fixed deposits provide at least not without the risk of ponzi or scam for beginners or in some cases even experienced ones.

Don't think occasional share contributors would agree to that. Since each round of finding block has a random number of shares depending on sheer luck. Some rounds might get solved with fewer number of shares than others. Also the N for PPLNS would have to be changed each time the difficulty changes. It seems a better method for payment but only among loyal pool members as it would mean considering a constant number of shares for the payment and that would not fit fine with pool hoppers. I say go for it.

Re: Bitcoin and Porn
by

I think those two things are related because you can buy porn with bitcoin account without being detected, but this is one way the use bitcoin is not good for children  Grin

Well then, parental guidance is needed. Children should not know that bitcoin can be used for porn and most of all they should not know that they will not be detected if they use bitcoin as a currency for paying porn. Or their mothers will get really mad.

If the children are smart enough to pay for their accounts on porn sites then they are smart enough to see that Bitcoins can be used as a medium of payment. Also various sites display all available options through which payments can be made.
Also Bitcoin is just similar to any other type of currency in the sense that it is just as hard to earn as a fiat currency. It's not as if any child can buy himself an account with Bitcoin lying around him.

There are not many rational reasons why  someone would be interested to know the amount of Bitcoins of random forum users. This thread is useless.

besides knowing the distribution about the bitcoin wealth, which would still be pointless with this kind of sample

You can always go here if you're curious:

http://ondn.net:800/

sorry i'm not clicking random link from newbie, it is known to lead to pishing or even worse an auto-downloadable file

Why would they post a link like that? Will they get profit once that link is hit or it is his good heart that he really wants to help. I dont want to click that too. Scary.

Just tried the link. Nothing to worry. It just displays the top 100 Bitcoin addresses that have the largest amount of Bitcoins stored in them. Smiley

What about private tutoring how to make money with BTC, aimed towards newbies and intermediate users. I personally currently use 16 different revenue streams to make money in crypto which generate about 4-6 BTC per month for me. However, my system s not for people who are unable or unwilling to invest sizable amount of money into those projects. I m sorry to say but you cant make money unless you spend money.

Would people be interested into something like that?

Are you trying to sell a method or something?
Btw i agree with you, that is very hard to make some decent money starting totally from scratch, faucet or similar, or at least it request lots of time.
Without a minimum investment is not easy to get high-rate payment from nothing Wink
Would be nice to know how you generate about 4-6 BT/month....can you explain to us for free, or your metodh is on sale?

It s not one single method, it s a product of my 3 years of crypto research and investing. I ve had lots of success but also some failures during that period and now I have been invested into 16 different crypto projects which generate me revenue on a daily basis. If I would put all this info for free here on the forum, I would devalue 3 years of my hard work and I would saturate most of these methods, so I cannot do that. I m not trying to take advantage of people, I would just like to know if people would be interested in private mentoring, probably 2 days, 2 hours each day, where I would be willing to disclose and show what I do and how I do it to a few people only. Again, this would not work for people not willing to invest cause starting from 0 now, using faucets and similar stuff would take long time to achieve anything. This is aimed towards newbies and intermediate users who are willing to invest, understand crypto and would like to make more money in this great economy.
Let's say people are willing to know your methods and try them to earn some extra Bitcoins. How much would you want the fee for such lessons. Would that amount be negotiable? What could be the timing of your availability for mentoring?

remember they are investing into a company.. not buying bitcoin directly
But investments are made with the hope of earning profit. It doesn't mean that they should directly buy Bitcoins. Their investment in a company related with cryptocurrencies is enough to garner positive hopes for the future of Bitcoins in Australia.

The potential of bitcoin and other digital currencies in Australia is currently the subject of a Senate inquiry.
Does this means time is coming when Bitcoins gonna be recognized as much a reliable currency as its fiat counterparts. Couldn't be more excited about this. If Australian government is showing an interest in such electronic currency trading and exchange service providing establishments then its a good sign that soon (not too soon I guess) other countries might follow.

Used to have an account on Facebook but deactivated it a few days back. There are a couple of Bitcoins pages on it but I am not sure if I saw Bitcoins.org on it. Also just 1.1k followers??? There are related and useless pages that are more crowded than Bitcoins.org.

100$ minig hardware is nowhere near lucrative as buying 100$ worth of Bitcoins. An antminer s3 will cost you at rhe rate of approx 0.77W/GH. You could multiply that with the cost of electricity in your area. Would recommend buying Bitcoins instead of mining hardware
