As I have answered before, I will not change the recaptcha to anything else at this point, because it seems to work fine for other users, I'm sorry you are having problems. The slider starts to shift if you are idle for a certain amount of time. You can move your mouse / input something with your keyboard to prevent the shifting.

Has anyone made any BCY paperwallet graphics? You could make pretty nice ones using the awesome illustrations from spells of genesis. Made a small change to the rules: If you try to cheat the 25 minute timer your balance will not be reset, only that claim will ignored. We also have a dynamic fee now implemented so every transaction should confirm within a few blocks.

I have refilled the faucet with some Gems and bitcoins, we are trying out different fees so it might take a while for your transaction to confirm. Eventually we will have a dynamic fee structure.

Refilled some Bitcrystals and have alread sent out some vfaucet tokens for a few critical bug findings.

I think the people who will be using this faucet are not going to be regular bitcoin faucet users. They will only want the asset and only see the value in that, in fact the 0.1 BCY which you can claim now in every 25 minutes is worth about 2000 satoshis! 

I first tried a direct payment and realized the amount of people I can serve is really limited. Hopefully these services you mentioned will implement support for assets.

Thats weird, the captcha should slide open when you click on the address bar and give your btc address, it needs javascript enabled. It seems to work for other people, but I have one user reporting the same thing. I don't know anything about those untrusted certificates... It probably just lacks some update. Those other wallets listed are also pretty nifty.


I've been thinking about this, and thats true. I can only serve 30 users a day at this rate and other people will leave the page dissappointed and probably won't return. I need to make a system where you a can always claim fraction of the asset and some satoshis in a predetermined time period and the payout will happen when you manage to collect a certain amount.

1. Thats the price you pay for free bits and assets The advertisements must be visible for the users for a certain amount of time, therefore the slow rotation.
2. The assets are attached to the bitcoin transactions, and all these asset use the counterparty protocol to do that.
3. It's a direct send to your wallet (it sends the transaction when the giveaway is over/full for that particular asset)
4. Good point. It now only shows the total amount left, not how much you get, must fix that.

The Gemz you claimed have probably already been sent out and if you have that address in a counterparty-aware wallet, you'll see the gemz there. Otherwise
you'll only see that the 5470 satoshis have arrived. I use counterwallet for all my asset and bitcoin transactions.

Hi! It sends out the asset and bits in a bundle when the giveaway is FULL, and at this point it seems to fill up pretty slowly Or did you encounter any other problems? I'm also going to add a pure bitcoin faucet and a referral program later on.
