I'm a reseller in Europe if anyone would like to order.

What do you mean?

I mean, a patch or bios modification to gain the hash rate.

I'm having sort of the same problem. After a few hours the miner restarts mining and I have to manually set the priority to Real Time in the task manager to have constant hash rate on all cards.

Are there any commands that I can put in the batch file to set the EthDcrMiner64.exe as priority realtime?

Using Windows 10 x64 updated.

Thanks

I had the same problem until I figured out to set priority realtime to EthDcrMiner64.exe in task manager.

Hope it helps.

I'm trying this miner for the first time and I'm getting these unstable Mh/s

ETH: 07/02/17-20:38:52 - New job from eu2.ethermine.org:4444
ETH - Total Speed: 63.816 Mh/s, Total Shares: 3, Rejected: 0, Time: 00:03
ETH: GPU0 5.487 Mh/s, GPU1 20.439 Mh/s, GPU2 5.204 Mh/s, GPU3 18.170 Mh/s, GPU4 9.374 Mh/s, GPU5 5.142 Mh/s

These should read minimum of 21Mh/s

I'm running windows 10 x64
G4400 CPU
TB250-BTC v6
6 x 1060 3GB GPUS
Latest Nvidia Driver
PSU Cougar 1050

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure Windows 10 is updated to the latest version through Windows Update then uninstall the drivers in safe mode using DDU and reinstall the latest driver.

It is updated.

Just to provide more information, I unplugged all the GPUs and plugged them 1 by 1 and tested the miner for every card. All stable 21 Mh/s, when connected together starts the unstable Mh/s.

I read somewhere that new versions of windows are giving problems with more that 4 GPUs, they just don't like miners, got a 5 card rig that is giving me problems just after the last Windows 10 update.

I went back to an older version of the Nvidia drivers and is much better now. Will try and go further back to see if it keeps more stable.

Re: Biostar TB250 - Kaby Lake 6 slot PCIe Mining Motherboard
by

I am a reseller of Biostar products in Europe.

For those that can't see more than 4 or sometimes even less, from my experience, if you have risers with SATA power, make sure that you use only two per cable. If you are out of SATAs' use molex adapter to SATA power.

I could see all the 6 GPUs on a TB250 mobo but had unstable performance, so I did what I mentioned above and it worked perfectly. All i did in BIOS is turned the mining mode on and nothing else. This rig was with 6 x 1060s'.

Should you need any help, feel free to contact me and I help from what I've learned so far Smiley

Thanks for your answer. That is the way i have them connected. Two cards in one data power and one alone

Hello. I just got this motherboard but i have the same issue as many people. I got 5 gpus but only shows 4.

I read some information over website and it said update the bios and change the option "enable 4g decoding"

Where is this option for this motherboard... i navigated all over the bios with no luck... please help me... or if it is other solution for me to get the 5 working
You should try some software like 6gpu_mod. I think it should work also on 5 pci-e motherboards. In the past I got this issue on motherboards  with 6 pci-e slots.

Also thank you for your replay. But this motherboard is supposed to support 6 gpus and specially for mining!!!. I am new to this so i don't know about this software... i will research

I'm also setting up a rig for a client and there's an issue with unstable mh/s. This might be a riser or power issue. Still identifying the cause of this. Will get back to with the solution here.

I recommend the inno3D GTX 1060 3GB Compact or Palit ones. Both are good. Obviously you can buy 1070s, but I'm quite happy with the ones I have.
