   While we still wait for C-cex to respond to the swapping, we have decided to start manual swapping for those who want to do it manually. Please read below on how to proceed with the swapping:

   HOW IT WILL WORK

1. Send all the CTIC2 you want to swap to this address : CRmoVzUpLTAnXXTVQxZP5i4fjg19FfRzr1

2. After you have confirmed your payment to the address above, copy the details of CTIC2 Payment you sent including amount,transaction ID and date.

3. Send us message through the forum here with the subject ' I WANT TO SWAP'

4. Your message should contain the amount of CTIC2, date and transaction ID for payment you sent to our address

5. The message should also contain your CTIC3 address from Cryptopia or your address from Myetherwallet.com , this is the address we will send CTIC3 to you.

6. After we confirm the receipt of your CTIC2 we will proceed to send CTIC3 to your within 24hours.

7. This will be on the basis of first come first serve.

8. We will do maximum of 50 to 100 swap daily, so if you did not get response from us immediately please be patient we will get back to you as soon as possible.

9. For those who prefer to do it on C-cex can wait for C-cex response to the swapping issues.

10. Note that we may choose to suspend the swapping at any time if c-cex responds to carry out the swapping.

i already sent the ctic2 to the address for manual swap one week ago, but until now i havent get the ctic3 in my cryptopia wallet.
and now the manual swap is closed. so how for me to get my ctic 3? my ctic2 wallet in c-cex already empty.

i tried to PM a few times but every pm it show the below msg
