From an Antrouter, I got myself a little Bitaxe gamma. And he has been mining on the pool since this morning.
I am now hesitating to disconnect the Antrouter, as the BitAxe litteraly dwarves it.
What should I do ?

I got both pool alive. I had 2 pools set: ckpool and solo ckpool.
A few minutes ago, I realised that ckpool was dead and my ant automatically had automatically switched to the solockpool.
The newsolo ckpool seems to be alive at 25.11.2024 00:06 my Ant began to mine on it. But a few minutes later, it switched back again to solo ckpool.

Glad to see the CK pool is still running.
And because of the glorious time for Bitcoin this last quarter of 2024, I have restarted my little antrouter yesterday. He has not been mining for several years. I forgot to plug it back when i moved apartment.
I plugged it in yesterday afternoon and it instantly began to mine again, like if nothing happened.
So I guess I am back in the pool.

What are your project now ? Will you continue to mine ?

Same issue as last weekend. The list is not complete. By refreshing, we can see more miners. But still, I am not listed in it anymore.
I am still online and live on the solo.ckpool though, not too worry. 

Yes, it looked like the miner listing was not refreshing properly over the week-end. Mine was also disappearing from the list, and re appearing one hour later.
Your miner is clearly appearing on the list today.

It seems that the CK pool must have solved a block because I climbed the ladder.
And good to know that it is the bestshare that is taken into account for the scoring.

What is the best share ?

My miner is running 24/7, nearly non stop. I had only one disconnection this week, because I accidentally unplugged it.
I am not raising in score either.

I am trying to keep it working with low electricity. Adding a fan would make some noise and the cat would not like it. 

 

I pushed my R1 to 125.00 MHz  and disabled the wifi network to make sure it has enough power. Temperature is still stable at 40 degrees C.

I updated the info on the website. Now checking data to see if I increased my hashrate.

No one has free electricity.
If you think you have free electricity, check your contract. There is always a fair-use statement.
A S9 can easily reach 10$ a day, so for 2, that is 600$ a month. It can be easily spotted on an energy bill.
With the noise they make, they can easily be found in a building.

I made the switch. With the help of a friend. Flashed the firmware. Set up a receiving bitcoin address. Pointed it to de.ckpool.org:3333 stratum. We were not quite sure how to attach a worker name to it. So I just added it in after my receiving address, with a _.
What is the next step to register on Antrun.de ?
