Yeah I have a lot of faith in NEO too. I'd have to say that my favourite altcoin is definitely DeepOnion though, it's a privacy coin with some really strong technical developments behind it, backed by an incredibly good community forum. I'm a really strong believer in the project and know that it is here to stay. Even though we're an airdrop coin we're still here and one of the few airdrop coins that can say that. Not only that we have a feature known as VoteCentral - a democratic system in which the community can create proposals for the future of the coin and smaller developments. Perfect for the idea of decentralisation that too many projects have started to sway away from recently.

Markets a little sideways right now unfortunately, don’t just look at ethereum. Hopefully the whole market picks up the rest of this year.

I mean, I'm sure the price will rise substantially this year even if it doesn't climb to 10k (which to be honest is a big feat). I think it's worth it.

I think NEO is a great project. I really do hope that it goes as far as it should this year. Although, I do still think Ethereum in general is a better project.

The whole market is bear right now and Ether had some bitfinex movements, that's why.

Just give it time.

Good time to invest but other than that it's pretty sideways. I just hope we start seeing some more fiat enter the space these next few months as total market cap has been slowly declining.

Seconded, if you’re selling now while the market is down you’re the weaker holder and you’ll be the only one making a loss, the technology behind it all hasn’t changed. News such as the google advertisements shouldn’t affect the market this badly and wouldn’t if people weren’t panic selling. Crypto is here to stay and will only go up in the next few years.

Hi everyone, I joined the space just before New Years and since then the market has crashed fairly severely, which there's no point in denying put me a little on edge. However, after the most recent crash this week for some reason I felt comfortable as if nothing changed. Maybe it's because I have strong faith in the technology behind of all of this but I guess I'll never know.

Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case for many others that joined at a similar time that I did. Obviously, it is hard to remain level-headed if you bought at an ATH and the money you worked so hard for and invested has fallen considerably but may I just remind you that cryptocurrency can and will revolutionise the world we live in today. Forget the FUD. Forget panic selling. Forget the crashes.

We're here to stay in this space together.

Since then, I have been a very active member of the friendly community and have been keeping up to date with all advancements and what not. I just want to ask what you all think of the project and if you haven't heard of it, check it out!

At this moment in time I would prefer to invest into Ethereum.

I don't necessarily believe that Ripple is corrupt. But I do think that it draws from the qualities of cryptocurrencies being that they should be decentralised and they set themselves apart from fiat. That said, because it's halfway in between I do think it could draw a lot of attention from people on the edge who for whatever reason are hesitant of the cryptospace which could lead to some good growth.

I can't recommend a best coin as it's all subjective.

However, I recommend that you pick a coin that already has a grounding and looks less volatile such as Ethereum, Bitcoin. In addition, I think NEO is a brilliant coin to invest in. I see the most growth out of the 3 in NEO from now.

Mann, if you don't know how to answer this question I think you should really begin to conduct some of your own research.

There's no way to "get your money back" you either hold it (highly recommended) until the price rises or you sell it back to fiat for what your portfolio is currently priced at.

I would have a look at DeepOnion, they have a few weeks of Airdrops left, the only thing is you need to 50 airdrops to participate but you can get them from joining weekly competitions and giveaways.

Ethereum is a really prosperous project as well as NEO, however, NEO provides for the Asian market.

My biggest regret was buying a bunch of Ethereum near to its ATH rather than waiting a few weeks to put money in. That said, I exchanged quite a bit of that ethereum into other coins. If I hadn't have bought any I wouldn't even be in the space right now.
