I was tired and didn't mention "dont submit". We were all waiting for submit button. Dev, apologies, please don't do strong measures.

I am getting details and will report in due course. I am not controlling First Phase (stage 1 and 2) distributions.
As far as I can see, the initial distribution phase is over, because nearly everything is accounted for.
If you didn't get any coins, commiserations , but there are suddenly lots more who want a stake. You have to decide now whether to buy a stake and support the coin, leave, or stick with it because you think you will get something out of it.
Majormax,the reconsideration stake was the last distribution for members who have completed some rules.Also it gives priority to early 1m receivers.
Yesterday when the submit button appeared everyone thought it was opened for application.I doubted it too but when everyone said I thought maybe it was really opened.Now dev said in the announcement he is going to blacklist yesterdays appliers.You say,is this how we end up after supporting community coin and completing all the rules which dev wanted for this last stake?
I will look into everything in due course. There are a few distributions left to make. They will be done according to the selection process, looking at all factors, peoples contributions , potential as well as applications. This has now become a heavily oversubscribed issue, so some people will be disappointed, but we are trying for some simple fairness.
Things are extremely busy right now, and multiple requests for consideration are not helping, just hindering progress.
So we need be more patient, right?
Do we have the plan about when we will reopen the re-consideration?

I guess they will add a winner who payed 17BTC. This addition just delayed for 1 day for some reasons. They'll add it otherwise they will be a scams.
I don't think so. The winner won't be removed from the vote list before added to market.
Keep voting on Mintpal and find someone just throw 0.1btc to buy votes for COMM.
