I read about Scienceroot, using this platform, individuals in the global science community will be able to collect funding, interact, discuss ideas, collaborate and publish their work. I want to find out about the bases for the project to review and allocate funds for each specific scientific study?
We don`t have any exact numbers yet because our focus currently is on the collaboration platform, funding will be targeted in the coming months.

Most grants in Russia are from the government. Is it the same in Europe? I wonder how the system can switch to private funding so fast.
We will market also governmental grants in the platform it`s not targeted only for private funding.
Because like you mentioned most science funding is done by the government.

So what if it requires time to get the trust? Starting small is better than no start at all.
Regarding the publishing platform in the beginning we don`t plan to create a new journal but to partner with already existing publishing businesses and offer them blockchain infrastructure.

The well-known magazines charge for publishing the articles for a reason - they have a reputation and people know that the articles there are trust-worth. You will need time to achieve the same trust level.
The publishing fees are very overpriced, big publishers have over 40% yearly profits.

Do you collaborate with other scientific funds or companies?
Yes we already discussed the implementation of blockchain into the scientific community with granting agencies and institutions.
What's the benefit for the funds?
I see that the scientists will prefer to optimize the work using the platform. But the funds?
The funds will have another channel to market their funds, because currently many of the funding options go under the radar.
We want to connect funding agencies with scientists looking for grants.

Usually the scientific projects need to have any commercial implementation to be funded. Is it so on the ScienceRoot?
Not necessarily we will also promote non-commercial grants.

Experienced personnel from that particular field.

I think there must be at least a few big funds to partner with the platform in the beginning.
Yes there are and we are already in discussion with some of them but our current development focus lies on the collaboration platform and afterwards we move toward the funding platform.

Should you advertise in the scientific forums as well?
We advertise to the scientific direct through our network of researchers and academics and we also attend different conferences where we promote our product.

The company is incorporated in Romania, but the team members live in Austria, Romania and Germany.

the future for your company is huge - such projects are very necessary for the world, any expert who understands a certain area and who has an idea can help you with interest and money for implementation, this is very cool
Combining the investors and the scientists on one platform is very promissing in deed.
How about adding a system for reports after completing a grant? To ensure there won't be any scam-scientists robbing the investors.
That's good. The future heavily depends on researches we do today. So it's better to spend the resources on projects that have a potential benefit.
The investors will fund the researches using the tokens? Or the tokens will be used to pay for connection?
Contribution to Research ideas can be done with tokens.
what other ST utilities there will be?
-storing scientific content on the blockchain (Scientific Repositories) - Already Live in our Prototype
-exchange of scientific services (Scientific Marketplace)
-bounties on questions and tipping (Q&A Forum)
-contribution to research projects (Funding Platform)
-publishing platform
-staking by 3rd party companies wanting to implement blockchain into their existing businesses

How can the common users evaluate the scientific projects before funding a grant?
The evaluation will be done by professional, users will receive a review of a project in order to decide if they want to participate.

The funds will be mining Scienceroot token?
Research Funds and Institutions will be able to be nodes in the system because we use a Proof of Stake Consensus algorithm.

the effort to put something like this on going is pretty cool but i;m not sure of it's potential 
The scientific system is hurting, during our conferences and discussions with the scientific community we received a lot of support to develop such a platform.
