I notice Stake uses Cloudflare. Of the 3-4 options out there I would choose Cloudflare over like-for-like competitors simply by virtue of research of reviews and ease of use. The Free Plan is basic. The Pro Plan is $20pm. The Business Plan is $200pm but guarantees 24/7 uptime in the event of a DDoS attack and finally Enterprise Plan which is Price on Asking. Are you at liberty to say which one is used by Stake? I have not heard of Stake suffering a DDoS attack so I would presume it is the Business Plan.
Stake as most gambling sites was under ddos attack at the beginning, as you may noticed site has changed whole backend to patch the weak spots and have better control over system abuse.

Recently Primedice added a feature to block/ban players that beg in chat from getting rain from chatbot. Great feature but I have a issue with how it is being used and why Its concerning.

There is no such feature that blacklist you from rain/tip, you can only get muted for breaking chat rules. Follow chat rules and you wont have troubles.

As I can see from your screenshots, you are from Russia, so I suggest you to register on PD forum https://forum.primedice.com/ and discuss your problem in Russian section there. I'm sure they will answer all your questions regarding dicebot usage, possibility of "changing bets" on the part of PD etc. On a personal note, I can say that if that what you claim was possible, PD wouldn't be so popular and respected dice site. But after reading your posts I doubt that my words can convince you.

You cannot complain if you lost your funds in betting. If you have a gambling problem you should visit some of the sites for help from gambling addiction.
The bets are placed with dicebot in ETH currency iirc withdrawal option is disabled in dicebot with token provided from PD, you can only make bets.
It's solely your decision how you protect your account and use provided Primedice options to improve security.
If you haven't placed those bets I suggest you to check your device and find out how your token got compromised.

Pending status showing that transaction is not confirmed yet on BTC/LTC network.
If you still have troubles, just contact their live support and they will check it further.

The phishing site is just a basic PHP script there's not much at work here.
