This forum has really become irrelevant to the space.

I would like to add I have collected alot of evidence about crypto exchanges. From wash trading, to volume manipulation, direct messages from exchanges including the likes of huobi, okex, binance with their offers of paid volume creation, wash trading services, and many things that we know happen but very little direct evidence exists, every conversation that every exchange had, with voise and their offers costs, losting fees, voise tokens they received will all be revealed.

I am now pretty sure no one here has interest in anything other than getting rich quick. Crypto is now a mainstream tool of the 1%

Pretty sad, what happened to the mavericks, those who want to truly change the world and believe fully in the redistribution of wealth from the 1%. Seems crypto has been co-opted and is now just a tool of the bankers and the capitalists who work so hard to dimish the middle classes.

I lost 150k of my own money, dropped my career for 2 years to try to rescue an interesting idea, because at the core it was about empowerment of creatives! Along the journey I tried to connect with other like minded people and have found nothing but greed, and expectations of wealth , power and the spirit of crypto that has obviously fell to the side.

Well that said the book I have been writing is now in the final chapters, what I have wrote here is the tone of what will be the basis for the ending of my book. To those here in this forum that assisted jayu, ivan and others, shame on you! the email list of members on this very forum will used when the book is published, one of the few things of value the founders of voise left me.

The problem is the forum is filled with too many greed driven folks looking to get rich, it seems ma y have lost the anarchistic roots of crypto. Also with so many scams out there many get fatigued with crypto.

I wish for a resurgence of those old days.

I think it's important for all you deniens of bitcoin talk that this plan is primarily to eliminate greed by creating an alternative to a traditional corporation, but a project that aims to make the very user base of the platform part of the governing body, this is not about creating an ico, or getting rich this is an attempt to create an entirely different way to manage music.

Imagine managing copyright, royalties, and mechanicals, and more with an intergrated market place, and investment hub for artists looking to take full control of their IP (intellectual Property), distribute, and have a say on how a streaming distribution model dividends are paid out. Basically all of the tools intergrated into the platform.

I have worked out many partnerships with developers of tools that can fill needs in these areas:
- cross platform social media management.
- streaming and content distribution.
- legal and copyright, mechanicals, royalties, and rights clearances, and the management of these parameters via smart contract
- payment processing, royalty disbursements, and licensing fees

Thse are just a few examples of existing tools that can be white labeled and bundled into the dashboard, with existing relationships that have been established.

I believe the world is ready for open transparent companies that are guided by the platforms user base, in this case artists, their fans, existing labels, as well as content silos that control a surprising amount of music.

I have industry connections, and I want to help guide this but ultimately I want to develop a community that becomes it's governing body, let's loosely call this a democratic corporation.

Figured I would expand on this thread since there seems to be little feedback or interest. I truly would love to just talk about this with other creatives and visionaries that have similar interests. Keen for feedback.

Ok so my irl name Is Andre Ledoux, I took over a project in 2018 that I tried to revitalise. The project was voise, the founders dissapeared after the dec 2017 ATH. I believe it was a p&d but I lack the expertise to analyze the token. It was listed on okex, huobi, cobinhood, cryptopia, and managed to win a binance cummunity contest for a binance listing, in total the Voise token was on over a dozen exchanges. I managed to maintain a relationship with some of the exchanges who have agreed to list a new projects token so long as there's a working demo app. After the cryptopia hack I contacted the exchanges to delist the token due to cryptopia hackers being in control of a hefty portion of the token Supply.

That said if there any questions about the history feel free to ask.

Now I learned a lot while I was trying to revitalize that project I now realize an entirely new project needs to be created.

I don't want to lay out my entire plan for obvious reasons but would really love to share the plan with a couple of knowledgeable people from here that are willing to help out.

To share my plan a very well put together pitch deck, that I can only share with kyc, and an NDA non-competition what I will say is that the new project would follow in the spirit of what voise was trying to do, and a heck of a lot more, essentially an operating system for music. Distribution, merchandise, licensing, ticket sales, management of Ip and copyright, and a lot more.

All in an effort to create a decentralized operating system for musicians, artists, composers, labels Etc

I really hoped to connect with some like-minded people, and really start tackling some of these problems, as the music industry is highly toxic, and some serious changes are needed in that market system.

Considering writing a book to raise capital in a crypto auction, shares in the books royalties, fractional ownership of it's IP. Then puplish via a well known publisher.

The funds raised will be to retool voise into a non profit organization an operating system for music. My vision has always remained the same, and I feel a non profit open and transparent community driven org may be the best way to achieve this dream of creating this one stop operating system for artists, music, visual, and print.

Would like peoples thoughts on this idea.

The only interaction I had today here was someone wanting yo buy this account, what could someone do with an account named after a failed crypto project.

Andre Ledoux here, the idiot that tried to save a pump and dump that he invested heavily in the ico.

My takeover can be verified, I had raised alarm with the community and the last guy standing feom the ico founders was aka Ivan Rossetti, still not sure ot that was his real name he was afraid to tell his side of the story. Let's just say he got screwed as well allegedly.

So the sentiment was Ivan was going to hand off the development of voise to Vikas his CTO installing him as CEO, I objected and got a lawyer to draw up a document to take control of any assets still controlled by Ivan. So came a series of events that negatively impacted the forward direction, crypto markets melted and any assets recovered and were being slowly grown were destroyed in the cryptopia hack, using the last of my personal money I lost a bunch in quadrigacx, only about 20k in personal assets there, its CEO Gerald Cotten a felow crypto enthusiat who ran Canada's largest exchange and also canadas largest financial loss in crypto, apperently he died in India, many feel that's pure bull, myself included. Hey buddy could really use that 2 btc right now...

So I am hoping to connect here with anyone that may have had any discussions, worked with any of the founders of coise before I took over it's domain and branding, vision and expanded on it, but never managed to build the right team. So after a few months of reflectionI have decided to write the story of what happened, but the story of Voise is but one small part in this drama of rug pulls hacks and treachery, things that have cast a terrible light on crypto and what some pioneers tried to accomplish before greed darkened souls and twisted promising visionaries.

So I am writing a book that will be sold in auction in crypto as a stake in the books royalties in print via a well known publisher. The funds raised will be for a non profit organization an operating system for music, the foundation to build the group that assembles what we truly need, non toxic, neutral, community social media, music and arts, a purely democratic system that is at its core the most open, fair, transparent, and not for profit organization for all artists, from music, to film, to print. Systems weaved together to form a dashboard that is free, it's funding derived from percentages artists, and creatives set and can adjust as everything grows. This tree transparent its unique stewardship by its very community the leaves that help this tree grow.

Kamar, Andrew, and myself Andre are lifelong friends and they followed me into this voise mess as I tried to resxue from what I can tell was one of hundreds of similar almost templates schemes to raise vast sums of money. Voise a small drop in that bucket, I lost a downpayment to a house on it myself, my life did not become enriched with my time trying to resurect the impossible without adequate capital. That said this book will be a great read and anyone wanting to collaborate and learn more about my vision, please let us do so right here and transparently. All I ever wanted to to do was build the community the roots of this tree of life, art, music, equality, fairness, and founded on the teachings of great philosopher's like carlin.

This discussion thread will help me in writing, as your stories and imput will help broaden the scope and reach. This will be a great adventure one that culminates in a case use of fractional ownership of a print book, and other interesting things.
