Good to hear things from a reputed member but you should have witnessed yourself that in past people have offered these kind of things and it being ended in about 3-4 months only.
A question to OP is encoding allowed and keeping torrent related stuff?? And as said by you it is your server so then you will have access to our files isn't it

And secondly just a question as I seen over this forum that people sells a yearly vps but those work initially pretty well but as time passes they start to get stopped before the claimed period of 1 year. and one more thing I wanna ask is root access is provided meaning can i install softwares over it and can i host website using your vps??
