I would like to update everyone, as we've been very inactive on this thread.

First I want to say thank you for those who are still members of our community, despite the slow volume. It will increase in due time.

Leadership has reached a decision to take OHM to the next level and incorporate with the goal of achieving non profit status. The official team is nearly completely formed and paperwork being prepared.

Some community members are testing various beta versions of an Act of Kindness platform. If anyone is interested in testing, feel free to PM me.

An innovative altcoin which will remain unnamed for the time being has agreed to form an experimental partnership utilizing each others platforms - more news on this once integration occurs.

A prominent American media theorist, writer, columnist, lecturer, graphic novelist, and documentarian best known for his association with the early cyberpunk culture, and his advocacy of open source solutions to social problems has agreed to be on the advisory board through myself.

We are also in discussions with an industry leading RFID technology company for future blockchain innovation and mobile applications.

OHM/AOK will change the world. We will do this together, one act of kindness at a time.

This being said we are looking for one or two more developers with C++ experience or working knowledge of PoS blockchain to add to our official team. We would like to find someone dedicated to humanitarian causes that's passionate about what they do.

Through a strange series of events I've come into the leadership position of an altcoin. OHM. I'm in the process of revitalizing it following shifts in leadership. We will be incorporating and registering as a nonprofit. We have a variety of novel and experimental applications in wireframe staging, a beta platform in development, and a small but dedicated team. The coin is already on some smaller exchanges and has a market cap under 300k USD. Our community is growing, as well promising partnerships forming with both academia and other innovative digital currencies which must remain private until finalized.

OHM is about human decency, progress, subversion of the global scarcity paradigm, and general goodwill. Which brings us to the Act of Kindness (AOK) movement and platform I'm working on, which will be an alternative and novel way for the general population to get involved in crypto. It's an experiment in incentivizing positivity, through rewarding community-verified Acts of Kindness (anything which benefits humanity) with OHM - think, instead of proof of stake, it's decentralized proof of kindness.

We are entirely volunteer run, which is what's brought me here in search of assistance. We are in need of experienced C++ developers, one or two, to join our team and work with the main dev and myself directly. The development related changes that I'd like to make are, as far as I understand, pretty simple IF you have a working knowledge of blockchain/coding. These minor improvements to our currently functional wallet, and additions to some web applications that we're having some difficulty with, will really help us take this project to the next level.

The amount of work required at this stage is very minimal and more of touch-up or pointing our main dev in the right direction. If anyone can recommend resources on where I can find potential programmers to assist our cause I'd really appreciate it!

Compensation is possible, but what I'd really like is someone that can get behind the cause and join us on an organizational level - i.e., you'll be a part of our corporation.

100,000 OHM exchanged for bitcoin means volume/movement so it's not necessarily a bad thing; and compared to the $30k+ USD spent on OHM in the last month it seems like a drop in the bucket. And I'm sure they will regret it once we are on higher volume exchanges

I'm confident that as we continue to engage with our community and work together as a team OHM will grow into the behemoth that it deserves to become. We have a truly unique concept and variety of means for exploring it's utility. Because we are all a volunteer team, people come and go, yet some of us remain steadfastly attached to seeing the project through to its completion. I really look forward to the development of a functional application which enables users to submit their acts of kindness, involves the community in determining their eligibility and proof, and provides a social platform through which positivity can be creatively and technologically explored.

The new team of Developers is very active, working on the Android wallet, mobile app design, and some community driven puzzles exclusive to OHM. Our media team has grown and is working on some wonderful videos which will be out soon.

This being said, there is nothing accurate in this individuals articles beyond the material they have copy pasted from our websites. It is well known in the community that the individual doxxed by @fortfied is a participant of the game. If one were to put effort into their research, they would see through conspiratorially bent individuals seeking a quick dollar from writing sensationalist spam. I suggest you research SVV on your own before you promote (and resultantly financially support/condone) the message of the linked article.
