I could use some help in installing Cg miner. When i go to download using the link i allays get redirected to a dead end. when i do click a different link and a version of cgminer starts to download the winrar file has to be archived before it's extracted and then it extracts to the same winrar file i already had. The youtube guide Im following "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1TKYpxTmso" uses an older build with the link called windows binaries and i cant find any on the forum. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

My GPU miner is a single HD6970 any of you guys know your optimal settings for it currently at 400Mhash max.
