First off i don't think those are the amounts in btc but more the % of the GF you own back during launch it was 1btc for 1 share.

Second this is for barwizi: i am concerned by this post as a great CEO would not attack someone like this i understand that lemonandfries is frustrating you but this is no way for a business man to act in public. lets address a couple things you just posted here:
 
1. this statement "your investment is 0.006, mine is 0.2086. I invested x35 what you put into this company so don't tell me about losing money because of  YOUR FUD. That is excluding some of the costs i incurred in fiat to even setup some of the infrastructure." in my opinion that is your job so congrats pat on the back W/E you need to feel good about it.  you should hold more financial burden than your investors you are the creator of this company that is your responsibility. Also its only FUD if you can show that it is, your avoidance of these questions in a public forum does not help your case. companies and CEO's make statements to the public and address issues publicly on a daily basis its key to staying transparent.

2. this statement: "Do you think you the smart all knowing one? Hell there are people more invested in this than you, have you wondered what they did? They came into the investor chat and asked their questions. You pretend to be Robin Hood the do gooder yet all you've done is shit on your own investment. While you force the rest of us to take financial hits and work twice as hard to get back where we were before your childish tantrum."  I can say from personal experience barwizi you have an issue with how you talk to people. That being said i dont know that Lemons issue would have been addressed i was in that chat for months. GF chat is nothing more than the people with no ability coming up with crazy ideas and ranting for hours then you showing up once a week to say hi. i was asked if i was trolling the chat when i brought up concerns on projects (noirlotto and your crazy rake you wanted). Dont get me wrong their are some great minds and great talent in that chat but the tangents and runoff topics did nothing to help push the development of this project.

3. this statement: "I maintain my shareholding and work daily to improve it's value. the fact that you'd run off swearing and using big black letters makes me wonder what is wrong with you. What do you know about the time i spend working? What do you knwo about the nights i don't sleep? What do you know of my personal lifestyle? If i was living a lavish life, would i need to get down and do the work myself?"  All these things are expected of you  no one told you to start this project no one asked you to stay up all night doing it. You decided this was a good ideal. You decided to stay up all night working on it. so you cant direct that back on him. He has been rude but you have also avoided every question asked. It doesn't matter how much he has invested, the point is he has invested so he is entitled to knowing how things are going. The GF emails we get are a JOKE and the info given their is vague and very poorly written. I understand why people are frustrated and resorting to "big black letters" and "swearing" you have been in and out of these conversations and are not public facing enough. If that is the role you want to take make it clear and appoint someone to be public facing like the PR guy we haven't heard from yet in this whole thing where is he sleeping isn't this his job?  

All im saying is their is a reason people are mad and its lack of communication and follow through. My recommendation is to start directly addressing these accusations instead of holding peoples investment amounts over their head. They gave you money weather it was 1 dollar or 1 million dollars both are entitled to have concerns and express them. The entire reason i left the GF chat is due to statements like you just posted there, You attack the individual ignore the problem and redirect. you may want to think twice about how you address people as you are representing your company not your high school.

The problem for me is that this doesn't work (!!!)

If I delete the old client, clear everything in %appdata% except for wallet.dat and then install the new client, the client will not start !
Only after I copy everything back into my %appdata% folder, I can start the client again.
And then I have the same problem again.

Also please give me the command for adding nodes. And what is the syntax ?

If I don't update my wallet but also don't make any transactions is there any chance of losing coins? I'm away for a few days and was planning on updating when I return. Any issues with doing it that way?

Work has been slow since we are short on some talent, but the coming week will see a wallet update with a surprise as well as a highly experimental new product in two weeks.

Aren't the miners essentially middlemen? what about the pools? what about Ghash.io? isn't everyone scared that if Ghash gains enough hashing power it could result in double spending and even the death of BTC?  What about the pump and dumps by the miners, aren't they acting as middlemen/gate keepers that hold access to the coins?

I just don't see where people think there is no "middleman" in BTC, there is a system in place (not a very regulated one) that acts as a middleman to the coins.

Just look at the exchanges, they are middlemen and even some of them have become corrupt.

how about implementing a system of checks and balances where the middlemen will be regulated by that same system and the people supporting said system.

human nature is what really needs to be kept in check so corruption can be avoided as much as possible

As the "financial guy" for Noir Group, I felt that I could clear up some confusion regarding the future ownership of projects.  

Each project will have it's own distribution, this can vary greatly depending on the initial investment, how much 'General Fund' (our intinvestment went into it, how much additional funding is required, etc.

For example,
If we have a big project that we have put 10 BTC into and we think we will need an additional 10 BTC then we are likely to do an IPO.  Keep in mind that we will not do an IPO on every project, just the few big projects that will require a lot of additional capital that we can't self fund.

So we will have a distribution something like 20% general fund 20% NRS 20% IPO and 40% mining.

The 20% for the general fund will go to funding the development team as well as rewarding the general fund owners (angel investors). 

The 20% for NRS will be based on just holding NRS in your wallet so just having NRS will entitle you to that share.

The 20% IPO will consist of us posting a thread to Bitcointalk.org inviting the general public to invest in that specific project.  In order to invest in that specific project, the general public will need to contribute NRS to a specific address with that 20% being distributed based on that percentage.  

The 40% mining will go to supporting the network.  

So basically you are both right, please let me know if you have any questions.

So pretty much what i was saying, not like stocks at all, as i use my nrs coins to THEN buy stocks in future projects. According to your quote, that is still how things work. Explanations are incoming i am sure.
