Whether it would be possible to live without money or not, trading is almost, if not impossible, to avoid. You will have the feature of adding a profile picture once you become a Full Member, and you can only become one by posting regularly and quality posting. There are no exact rules. It all depends on the ICO that you are referring to. Wall Steet ICO has a minimum of 100 followers on twitter and no max.

If you have located some good projects with a clear vision and and a hardworking team holding them is your best shot. Whether you should dump now or hold more all depends on how much you have invested and whats the % of growth ever since. Generally speaking, holding until the project is getting mainstream attention is the way to go.

Both Binace and CEX are well known and trusted exchanges. The difference between them is that you can deposit/withdraw FIAT in CEX whereas Binance doesn't allow that.
