Can someone confirm that the new version also fixes the upper limit of possible pennies in one wallet?
There is no upper limit of what your wallet can hold, only of what the GUI can display and what you can send in a single transaction (as far as I'm aware).That value is 1billion, as that is the MAX_MONEY value used by the getwork system. I could fiddle around with some variables to get the wallet to display higher values, but it isn't really a priority. If you need to send more than 1bil. to one person, try sending multiple transactions.

What is with CRYPTSY ? They close CENT market without warning, they took all my pennies and they are closing my tickets since 3 days ... are they fraud? What to do?

QRK was under maintanance, when coins are temporarily halted they are under investigation until they confirm nothing is wrong or if something in the chain is bad the dev needs to update.
