As i see nowadays there are lot of coins also created with the name looks similar with bitcoin ,so we have to becareful and we need to know their coin before investing on it. If possible take alook at the partner behind the project and also the roadmap. If the coin have a bounty program, try to take alook at the bounty manager also, because a good bounty manager usually rejected a suspecious project.

For this question any one have a different view which basically depends on the needs. For example, for investor (which have a lot of money) for nowadays situation they will purchase as much as possible cryptocurrency, they monitor the trading market to get the right time to sell the cryptocurrency this is the opposite of bounty hunters which is in the current condition will sell as much as possible their cryptocurrency because of the needs.

Well i think no body knows about the bitcoin price, is it will raised or down and down. I just keep optimist that the bitcoin price will increase and increase, as i monitor in the trading market the bitcoin price seems tend to raise, although the increase is not significant but this situation indicates that the level of public trust in bitcoin is back. With the increase of  bitcoin price of automatically other cryptocurrencies will follow.

Let me help you to answer your question :

1. Obviously you can receive your bitcoin without any worry into your wallet and you can automatically receive bitcoin even bitcoin is not allowed in your country,  make sure that you are using secure connection such as VPN or using proxy to more secure.

2. Clearly you can send your bitcoin to any bitcoin addresses or wallets (make sure that you are using a trusted wallet like electrum and etc) to send bitcoin anonymously.

In my opinion Bitcoin in India is not illegal currency (according to the wiki and some news out there}. So you are free to send and receive bitcoin without hesitation and worried.
