I still do not know, but I believe the currency of crypto in the market certainly this year will increase from the year before yesterday. Because altcoin is now more desirable for people to invest in the long term.

Every ICO is different so you should be more careful in choosing the ICO you will invest. Check out the news about the ICO first before investing and if it is good to invest.

Because bitcoin users will not get anything if the government is blocking it and eventually bitcoin will be illegal in that country. Maybe it's scared the bitcoin users they feel.
