I strongly recommend that you stay in school and not do the online school thing, you are going to miss a lot of experiences and opportunities with girls and friendships and perhaps if you try hard enough you can get a scholarship to Harvard ... why not? , Money always comes and go but true friends are forever.

Humans haven’t explore the solar system anymore not because It is a matter of technology because we have the technology to go to Mars and beyond but sadly is because is too expensive for now we can only see the Mars Series in Natgeo channel. (It is very cool I recommend it) Perhaps we need another cold war to re-launch the NASA. Lips sealed

Hello there I'm sorry to inform you that no one it is going to do this Spanish course (no matter how good it is) since this is the English area but if you could able to translate it completely to English it would be a nice contribution to the community and who knows maybe you can get a merit for doing it.

Excellent! good matches! I was 4th place in the university chess club with more practice perhaps I could have been number 2. Chess should be considered a sport since when playing you consume a lot of calories as if you were walking I think

There many things that you can try when you are stress or mad. You should try some of the things I do.

*Run a mile
*Take a cool shower and shave all your head
*Eat something sweet like a chocolate or ice cream
*Watch your favorite tv series
*Talk to your best friend

I have been depressed sometimes in my life but always because I had frustrations or could not complete or achieved something I wanted like a job, a relationship or a professional career. When that happens I must say that you should spend time with your friends and cousins and not get isolated.

We have a lot of bad news and so much FUD lately
You have totally different perception of news than me.
I see only good news especially about reddit bitcoin readers crossed 1 000 000 !!! So people still interested, just waiting for next bubble Smiley

True I guess. Reality it is defined by each perception (I feel like a nerd now) xd I was trying to do something positive and I got bullied for almost all the forum, moderators included T_T

Market price thrives on news sentiments. That is why the FUD always affect the price of cryptocurrency. Likewise, a positive news also impacts on the price of the cryptocurrency. I believe that if we do extensive adverts using the social media for bitcoin the awareness so created will push the adoption of bitcoin to a higher level.

Yes, thank you! finally, someone that has a good understanding of how the news and social media can affect everything, not just the price. Bro fist Cool Smiley

I think that we are not alone, if you believe in God then you believe that there are angels and demons and we are not alone, and if you are atheist  then you must believe that  in an infinite universe with infinite planets there must be another civilization too

Well at the end is all about profit isn't? or saving money... I guess some people that are patriots they are gonna choose their national cryptocurrencies maybe like the Japanese or Germans but in the end, they will surely choose to invest or trade in bitcoins too

Re: So much talk about 'cultural appropriation', nonesense or a real issue?
by
waterman
on 03/12/2018, 04:57:21 UTC
Good one guys.
Here's another one I found today. It's a college student in UCLA who dressed up in a Poncho, fake mustache, and a sombrero. A real Mexican stereotype. He went on campus and asked the non Mexican students if his Halloween costume was offensive. Most said "yes" that they were offended. The same person went and interviewed native Mexican's. None of them in the video were offended. They seemed to have a sense of humor and confidence in their culture.  Also, I imagine the context of the person wearing the costume is paramount. I would only say that wearing a costume of another culture would possibly be offensive if the persona was demoralizing or demeaning the culture itself.

Here's the video.

From a sociological perspective, it is interesting to see this unfold.

It was funny and interesting at the same time, some people always are going to get offended and others are just going to be ok with that. But these days it seems that almost everything can hurt people's feelings and you probably can get sued xd unless you live in Canada. Canadians are the sweetest people on earth
