I found an old wallet.dat on a HDD. I'm trying to figure out how to identify the type of coins that are inside. Looks like a lot of alt coin are using "wallet.dat" just like bitcoin.
I found by reading online that addresses are written in plain text inside the file, and indeed I can see next to "name=" some adresses.

Apparently, the first character of the address could identify the type of coin. In my case it's a "S".

Does anyone know which "blockchain" the prefix S corresponds to?
What is the best way to find the coin associated with this wallet?

DeepOnion ne sont pas les seuls a avoir droit de vie ou de mort sur un AirDrop. Mais celle ci est tellement rentable que forcement, quand on est ban, ça fait plus mal qu'une autre.

Certes les crypto ont probablement un bel avenir, mais ça fera pas du 10000% en 5 ans comme ça a pu le faire ces 5 dernières années. Va falloir investir un peu pour avoir un retour.

Perso je traque tout ce qui m’intéresse avec blockfolio. Coinmarketcap quand je veux y voir un peu plus clair et google keep pour ce qui est de la prise de note.

Pour trader efficacement tu as besoin d'une bonne organisation et d'une bonne interface.
La puissance du PC n'a rien à voir là-dedans. Un petite bouse suffira dans la majorité des cas.

Dans le pire des cas, si toi même tu ne vois pas la différence d'un vrai d'un faux, il y a peu de chance que le suivant fasse la différence non plus ^^.

Well I've watched again the Wolf of Wall Street yersterday in the plane. I would recommend everyone to watch it again. It's just awesome everytime.

For me Japan is a mix of interesting people and crazy one.
They are visionary in many topics (like crypto for example) and in the same time, they have hobbies that are fucking weird.

All cases are possible in the following years.
Everything will depend on how Bitcoin will scale in the future. I'm a bit scared for now because Bitcoin is clearly the worst crypto existing in the top 50.

Honestly, if you know nohting about crypto if want to invest with low risk, just take the top 10 (whitout Ripple) and invest on them for long time.
