Ich bin kein Steuerberater und arbeite nicht beim Finanzamt, aber sobald du einen festen Wohnsitz in Deutschland hast wirst du hier besteuert. Alle Gewinne, die du machst während du keinen festen Wohnsitz hier hast, werden hier nicht besteuert. Meiner Meinung nach hast du daher in beiden Punkten recht.

Am 31.12.2017 verkaufe ich alle Altcoins und wandele sie zu BTC um. Am 01.01.2018 komme ich nach DE.
Am 02.01.2018 verkaufe ich die BTC bei Coinbase/Bitstamp und ueberweise das FIAT auf mein deutsches Konto.
-> Ich zahle in DE Steuer fuer BTC auf FIAT weil die Coins nicht 1Jahr geruht haben. Zahle aber keine Steuern auf die Altcoin Trades, weil die im Ausland statgefunden haben?

Ich sehe hier bereits einige Thread zum Thema BTC, Haltepflicht etc. Meine Anfrage ist aber etwas anders und ich dachte ich versuche es mal hier:
Ich bin deutscher Staatsbuerger, wohne aber seit vielen Jahren im Ausland. Sollte ich mich entscheiden nach Deutschland zurueck zukehren, frage ich mich wie die Sachlage bezueglich Bitcoin ist.
In dem Land in dem ich wohne, ist der Handel mit Altcoins steuerfrei, sprich die nicht existierende Steuerschuld ist somit in dem Land, in dem ich gemeldet bin, beglichen. Wie sieht der Fiskus das? Sagen wir ich bringe 1000BTC auf einem Ledger mit nach Deutschland. Wird die 1Jahres Haltefrist mit dem Meldedatum in Deutschland erneuert oder wird es von der letzten Transaktion, welche im Ausland geschehen ist, verrechnet?
Verrueckte Frage eventuell, aber mich wueder interessieren, ob das jemand hier weiss.

800 until end of year is more than doable. We peaked around 720 2weeks ago if I recall correctly?
This coin is dead. Dropping steadily for days, wallet issues...it won't "go up" aka pump. Take your profits and on to the next one.

Wtf is the point of this garbage thread? How are you going to make a thread on spec alts and say "I will not disclose my coins"? You realize that you actually want more exposure for your coins because that raises their value right?
That would be shilling my bags. Not good style.

This pretty much depends on the coin tbh. In the beginning, I grabbed some fast profits and re-spread the profit on other coins. Mostly seed investments.
I think the bag I have right now is 90% the same since 2-3weeks and I haven't changed much. Maybe some small profit sales and re-invested in other existing coins in the bag in order to have a more healthy weighting.
Ah not true, yesterday I finally decided to kick-out my LTC bag (bought for 3BTC, sold for 2BTC) and bought some new coins too, for 0.5BTC each.
I plan to keep the existing bag like this until the end of the year as I am extremely happy with it's setup and future outlook. As I am quite heavy on DGB, I might cash out a little on 8th or 9th of June, depending on the price reception of minecraft private server and citi startup contents. These profits I would put in 2-4 coins I consider missing in my bag, but hey, you can't catch all the pokemon...

You can have a good time until end of 2018, beginning 2019, but that's just my estimation of when the potential bubble will burst extremely.
Most people talking about a bubble or the general doomsday sayers are veteran traders who don't realize that the time has changed. BTC and also Altcoins aren't geek-exclusive anymore. More people joined and are still joining. Soon Wallstreet boys will re-enter and after that the mainstream. Until the mainstream enters, we are going to have a wild ride.
