Because :
1) Ryver suddenly limits it's free version to 6 members max. I found it locked to read-only if more than 6 members unless membership of 99$/month set up.
2) If I'm not wrong, you reported receiving Iota (same as me)
3) There are 4 people (KYC list 1) on my Ryver that did not receive Iota yet
4) I disabled all members (thus including you) to let these 4 people a way to communicate.

I'm considering increase of donation and my goal is (and always was) to invest a significant part of it into Iota related activities anyway. Now that my mind is free, I have so much to catch up.

I want to tell remaining list1 claimant (mostly non KYC I guess): perhaps, what has been said, was always true. David is way too much busy. I know the crazy times you are in, and it prevents you to consider it as a simple possible stupid truth.

I want to tell David and CFB, it would make the life of the remaining claimants so much more normal, if you could communicate roughly your intentions, such that they can hang on it to not sink in an ocean of madness and suspicion. They were first supporters, among them are precious ressources, not only, opportunism.

David need's help with management, he must find someone to second him, someone that he will trust. He can not plan anymore, he reacts to outside stimuli, which means he anticipates less and less. Someone must do the shit for him. If we still need his marketing visions capacities, he must be free from partnership management responses and focus to partnership acquisition strategy mainly. Several great loyal Iota writers out there look like great candidate. Very very difficult do do for him, very very difficult for anyone. Perhaps he needs your help to make that crucial step. So far he has created roles, now he needs to scale his core business. He must keep what he is excellent at and totally get rid of the rest.

But for List 1 claims: if he fools us, it'd better stop ASAP cause he would have to pay for it any way. Our voice will go viral when we chose it. That would be very stupid. Better go legal then. But as per natural law, it could really happen. Who cares everyone die when you have been tortured for years? The only way to stop this threat is to give a strong signal with the process of KYC List 1 as a Top priority. If you can clearly perceive how it is on our side, then you are already machines. I want to say I feel deeply concerned by the fact that 30 did not KYC and that Jean Luc completely disappeared with this thread. This can haunt Iota for ever.

List 1 case is super easy compared to other reclaims that are a lot more technical and confusing. Business is always about unplanned situations so our treatment is a perfect elementary showcase for any Iota and Triangle existing or potential partners.

List1: why a 2018, Jan 28th snapshot without us in it? While the 2017, June 9th snapshot includes some privileged claimers ?

I can prove I emailed David before the 2017 11th July, but can you prove you hold all our iota ?
Why not send 1 iota to every claim address from one that has enough fund to pay it all ? This would prove the public we are not abused but only in a slow and painful careful process. I will be happy to pay for it

Check if one or two of us, while fully legitimate, missed the long gone old arbitrary deadline of July 11th 2017? With the immature communication policy this has been conduct with, if someone missed it, he would win in court that he well deserves to access the funds like the others.

List 1 David's email check is not worth it, unless hidden reasons and paranoia become true.

You are safe.
You can receive multiple time on same address but for security reasons you should spend only once from that address.
The wallet does it automatically, when you send some iota somewhere, it generates a new address from your seed and send your iota left to it. This way you never spend from the same address.

What you should always try to avoid is spend from address, then receive again on that address.

But 154.58 Ti left in the fund, while list 1 had a total of 195.9 Ti so that would mean list 1 is processed as well..
