Enanched?.... C o m p l e t e o n?....

Good luck with this.

The windows qt has ⛏️ in the name, is it a clean wallet?

What is eventchain.io? Did you just copy this announcement from another post?

840000 coins in the first block/40% premine? Good job.

It's a shame this forum has become a joke. Sad

POOLS
Will be opened at http://pool.unotecoin.com: 16th September, 2017

EXCHANGES
Nope!

Hi, is there no plans to get this coin added to an exchange? Even "just for fun" it would be better on exchange lol.

Secondly, *if* you add to an exchange I'd like to set up a pool so we can split network hashrate right from the beginning, you probably want at least 3 pools though.

Any way you can tell us the amount a worker has earned? What system does the official pool use? ie PPLNS or?

My address is cVVY4voB7bhQid2qWiiSYjQRNjWRUsjbku if you can tell me the pending amount, thanks.

Been mining for over an hour with 200-300kh/s so I expect to have more than the minimum payout but I see nothing in my wallet.

currently some guy is mining outside of the pool with like 250 mh/s, and it's gaining most of the chauchas created by the network. You can check the transactions in the block explorer.

this is a block mined by the official mining pool (fee 3%)
http://explorer.chaucha.cl/tx/361c4bab77097d5328adc1936323301d0eebd714c2f39be76619d527d75bb8f5

and this is a block mined by the weird (scam) pool (fee 50%)

you can follow the payments made by the official pool in this link:
(payments are in red)
http://explorer.chaucha.cl/address/cekkTNx9Aui3zzNKLbxh4Q4aDUoVymQ8dD

because of this problem the pool has some pending payments, and maybe in a few hours it will resume.

Even if that were the case, at 300k/hashes I should've mined at least 3-4CHA. I think you need to use pool software that is transparent about earnings and how it's payouts are distributed otherwise this coin doesn't even have a chance as a copy. I recieved payments for about 0.067 for like 3 hours of mining, network hashrate is 294769519 hashes right now so unless I calculated way off.. this is unacceptable.

Is this simply cloud mining provided by you and distributed using Peermine?

Whitepaper on your website goes to a 404 by the way.

CryptoNight - is that algoritm for CPU's? Want to busy my r7 1700. Just for fun.

CryptoNight can be mined on GPU and CPU but specifically yes it is one of few algos where, although GPU will get you better hashrate, it is "ASIC resistant" and so GPU doesn't get a huge advantage. For example mining Monero I get 210 h/s on my CPU and 420 h/s on my GPU.

Use a program like cpu-z to check how much L3 cache you have on your cpu, the higher that is the better hashrate you'll probably get, CryptoNight requires lots of memory and that's how it remains ASIC resistant.
Thanks. I have 16 GB DDR4 and 30 GB free space, but my r7 3.7 did only ~435 H/s on monero instead of 500+, that shows http://monerobenchmarks.info/searchCPU.php . Before it was ~350, but i enabled daemon mode, closed chrome and CPU began to show ~435. Since that i have no idea how to rise H/s on my CPU. Undecided

Closing all background processes will help you get the most hashrate out of your cpu as you know by closing chrome. It could be something to do with which miner you're using but I don't think RAM installed in your pc affects mining rate (especially for CPU). Iirc CryptoNight uses 2mb scratchpad so on my i5-2500k which has 6mb of L3 cache I run 3 threads to get maximum hashes.

Do you use XMR-STAK-CPU? If you do try finding out what your L3 cache is on your processors and divide it by 2, the resulting number is the number of threads I'd suggest trying in the config. Also personally I get best results with no_prefetch set to false and affine_to_cpu also set to false.

Is that a joke? It looks boring to the end

Just for fun. Are you serious? LOL

Since privacy coins are the "big thing" right now, or at least they've seen a slight increase since people have realised most public blockchains can be easily traced and linked, privacy oriented coins have seen an all round increase in popularity and price. A simple cryptonote fork is probably a chance at a little bit of easy money, sorry to say but that's how I see it and wouldn't surprise me if that devs see it too.

I'll be mining at launch for sure.

It's not my pool I just saw it announced right now and started mining. If anybody wants to join a new pool and help
spread the hashrate, join us! I didn't put [ANN] because it doesn't seem right to announce some randomers pool...

Do any coins actually get released without an "ICO" now?
by
weedoge
on 13/08/2017, 06:53:38 UTC
I didn't look at cryptos for a veery long time, now I've been checking the announcements subforum every few days to see if there are any new scamcoins to mine at release. Except it seems every single thing that gets announced now has to be bought into.

It's pretty impossible to weed through all the ICOs now to see if there are any classic mineable coins I can jump into for a bit of fun. Timing my miners for the minute of launch on a coin was always really fun and it was up to the people to decide whether to buy into them, seems like things have changed.

Can you guys tell me what are the most recent launches or announcements of purely mineable coins with no ICO or airdrop or whatever the hell they call it?
