Seems to me that this new pegging system has destroyed Bitbay, everything was great before this new system, now 3 exchanges have shut Bitbay down

will there be a new build after the fork? containing all the peg stuff within the wallet/market?

Just prevent newbies/jr members from bumping the topics and that should solve most of the problems with the bots. I do not think limiting newbies and lower ranked members from posting a certain amount of posts per day is the way to go. Its basically a newbie jail which was far from perfect.

they havent voted on here probably for the same reason why you havent jointed Slack. They see no need to be on here as they get all there Bay info from the new forum and slack.

Bitbay needs to cap its coin supply like sys and particle. All three have potential.
thats what the dynamic peg/ther will do in Febuary. It will freeze and unfreeze supply - which will be down to the wallet owners to vote up or down on a daily basis

Bitbay have had all this 18 months . . .
Apart from escrow as bitbay is decentralised so doesn't use 'middlemen' they have DDE and a seller rating and will be pegged to the dollar in winter to avoid price fluctuations.
