guys - this cant work.  this is a big day in college foot ball.  whats going on?

need some help from the CB rep.  I made a series of bets from my iphone on Friday.  For whatever reason the CB web page/app entered my bets twice.  I didn't notice this until 2 hours later but immediately notified support asking them to cancel one set of my bets.  I got the standard reply but haven't received any follow on notifications even though I reached out to them three additional times.

thanks for the note.  I realize its not in your best interest to have these down but it is painstaking to bettors.  I researched multiple games for several hours and had three specific bets targeted that I was unable to make.  Of course all three were winners.  I don't really want to find an alternative/secondary source, but if this happens again I will be forced into it.

any update on use of the loyalty points besides we're planning something?

and fwiw is there any additional value to the points besides earning the sign on bonus? 

given I was ready to throw support under the bus, i need to say that support responded fairly quickly and canceled one of my bets even though the game was over.  Well Done.

I bet on BC vs GT in the 1pm start.  when I placed the bet, CB site came back and said bet wasn't accepted please try again.  I did so.  Now I have twice the bet in play.  Again notified support but suspect I wont hear until their am and then I know what the answer will be

Why arent you allowed to increase your bet on a team if you've already placed a bet on that team for the same wager?  seems silly to me

seems for CB  I only see the lines for a particular sport that fills the one web page.  For today for instance, there are many NCAA BBall games and I only can see games that start up to 2pm eastern.  is there any way to see the full days slate?

Thanks.  can I suggest if you have issues or are doing upgrades you notify folks through twitter, this board, an auto reply from support, something?
