can you run a masternode off of a windows vps? aka cold wallet if so is there a guide some were?
If I were you, I won't do that because of sentinel.
Currently, sentinel isn't working on windows. So you will see "WATCHDOG_EXPIRED" error.
I recommend to use linux. More safe, more stable.

When the Superblock kick's in sometime in first Q 2018 then
45 % will go to the miners, 45 % will go to masternodes, and 10 % will be set aside for Sucre project funding.
Wiki is under construction with full explanation on Superblock. Basically is the same as DASH

Superblocks work on the payment side of the Decentralised Voting Proposals. If a Proposal is vote in and confirmed, Superblock will appear at certain block counts and take care of all payouts automatic as confirmed by the code. This secures the decentralized system of the voting/payment process.

SuperblockStartBlock at that block yes, but SuperblockCycle is every 16616 blocks (1 every month or so).

Yeah, I had the same issue - out of sync for 7 hours. New wallet installation worked for me - just backup your wallet.dat file and import it again.
Do I have to reinstall wallet?

I've been running shared nodes for several coins for a while now, and I've been asked to post something up here, since @whywefight is closing down his service.
I provide shared hosting for most masternode coins. I charge 5% of the seat up front as setup costs and take 5% of the rewards, paid weekly.
So If a node costs 1000 coins, It is divided into 10 seats of 100 each. the up front fee is 5 so 105 per seat.
If the node earns 100 coin that week, each seat receives 10 coins, minus the 5% fee, so 9.5 coins per seat.
You can withdraw your coins at any time, with 3 days notice, so I can fill your seat and keep the node running.
If you withdraw your coins on any day except the reward payout day for that node you will forfeit your share of the rewards earned so far that week.
If you recommend my service to a new customer and they decide to take a seat, I will happily pay you a commission on their first order.
I'll send you 40% of the up front fee, so 2% of the 5% for anyone that you send to me. Tell them to mention your name in the original message.
I use discord to keep track of each node, so if you want a seat on any shared masternode contact me there. Make sure you have a strong password and 2fa activated on your discord account first.

May be this is mining on some private pool. All supply now is 20k coins as it shown it Top100. This value is smaller than 8734 * 15 YIC. But where are the rest coins?// miner's coin base reward
