You can't blame those scammers, they will try every potential to rip off money from naive users. Or those 'scammers' might be part of their team and they are doing that stunt to gain attention from the community. We don't know the real deal here. Just be careful with your investments!

Congratulation to the team, i hope they will announce the exchange for IEO as soon as possible, and i hope it will be great exchanges.

No plans to open our own exchange, we use multiple exchanges to get the most volume possible and manage the risk

The main aspect that differs PointPay from other crypto-related start-ups is that we are self-funded from the very beginning. It is the best proof that we have serious intentions and long-term plan implementation framework. We are trying to bring the maximum value to the community by our own expense.
As you can see from the smart-contract, we didn't raise that much funds through an ICO campaign due to severe market conditions. ICOs is no more that trendy as they used to be. IEO campaign was terminated since an overwhelming majority of exchanges exaggerate the volumes providing the fake ones, and fake data for customer base as well. We took a decision not to waste both time and money for a futile exercise.
 
IEOs are gradually becoming similar to scammy ICOs. Just the main difference is that the main beneficiary is the exchange itself, not the project seeking for fundraising opportunities. That is why we are focused on product development to attract investors directly. We also pay attention to our subscribers and enthusiasts who (we hope for that) will become our customers in a few weeks when we release the exchange and wallet (Release 1). We have created a few features that don't have even the top exchange platforms. 

Looking forward getting a valuable feedback from fellow PointPayers once the official announcement has been done.   

We have developed a solid and robust ICO website and studied properly blockchains of TOP-10 cryptos that we are currently accepting when selling PXP tokens. The idea of that was a perspective of further integration of them into crypto exchange and wallet. As we see now, it was a right decision that allows us develop not only the mentioned products, but the native payment system for merchants too.

We are still in the stage of looking for investors. And we are ready to give 10% referral for everyone who knows large-volume players and who are ready to participate in financing of the PointPay project.
