Nothing much we can do without txid or public address. As others have mention Yobit support is a hassle, you can also try to PM Yobit in this forum, but that account hasn't been online for a week.

Anyway if gastracker.io shows that the funds are still in the wallet, and no outgoing transactions have been made, then the funds are still there.
gastracker.io takes precedence over MEW . Maybe the wallet is bugged or you hit some kind of API call limit. Clear your browser cache and try again.
I successfully sent 0.00002 ETC to my another MEW wallet and gastracker.io didnt show it.

Sounds weird as hell that it didn't show on gastracker.io .
Are you sure the receiver address actually received the fund? Shouldn't be possible to receive without TXid.
My conclusion so far would be:
1. None of the transactions actually got broadcasted.
or
2. None of the transactions actually made it. Your transactions are probably floating somewhere in the memory pool waiting to be relayed to other nodes .But since the gas price is set so low, they get stucked.
If the latter is the case.
You have to send the first transaction with higher gas price, or wait until they get dropped from the mempool.
Also may I ask what number does the "Nonce" field display when you try to make a new transaction?

Такая проблема.
Отправил ETC с myetherwallet на yobit.net , но эфирки не дошли до биржи. На кошельке их тоже нету. Саппорту йобита нужна TXID.
Но проблема в том, что в самом MEW txid не пишут, а отсылают на http://gastracker.io, а на этом сайте у меня на кошельке по прежнему 30 etc и никаких транзакций с выводом на биржу.
Как быть? Куда бежать? Что делать? Писал в саппорт mew и yobit, ничего полезного не сообщили.
Может кто-то сталкивался с такой проблемой?

I send ETC to ETC exchange adress.
Problem is i dont have transaction id because gastracker.io didnt show this transaction. I am confused.
you should be able to get the transactionid from myetherewallet*
I agree with kahc, those screenshots are completely insufficient for us to get a grasp on your situation... They just show your balance, so we have no idear what happened

https://etherscan.io didnt show Ethereum classic transactions, for ETC chain - http://gastracker.io/ and ofc i check it, no transaction
