please fix all bugs from your site-- sometime investments are not added even after more than 13+ confirmations, sometime your site displays 0.00000 BTC deposited by users..
solve them all immediately otherwise people will hesitate to deposit on your site..

Everything is 100% automated even the wallet balance. So as the cron jobs set off, the system will update and even confirm deposits immediately. Payouts will happen once the wallet balance is enough to pay the next to be paid deposits.

Yes this is why the wallet is 0 BTC with active deposits due to a recent issue I've posted here just moments ago about that.
