OGnasty and KWN have given me a neg trust for this issue but I have already solved the issue now and proved myself innocent here ( OP of the reference thread has also confirmed it ). I would ask OGNasty and KWH to remove my neg trust as I am trying to rebuilt my repo here and I already have some very good deals on the forum until now.

Don't spam the reputation sub board as well, just use this one to reach out to them. OGNasty is a reasonable man, he'll surely reply here. I don't agree with that statement. The ability to think critically or rationally isn't inherently tied to one's trustworthiness, in my not so humble opinion.
As much as I respect Vod--and I respect him a great deal--I think he probably shouldn't have left that feedback for the reason he gave. Obviously joerogers8 is delusional if he thinks the Earth is flat, but I think his views on that are only loosely related to trust on bitcointalk. There are a lot of folks who hold some very strange ideas, including religious people. You could argue that Christians, Muslims, and Jews live their lives based on a book of fairy tales, but would I give them a neg on the forum? No, not at all.
However, Vod is entitled to his opinion and is free to give a neg to whoever he deems worthy of one. He's also the only one who can remove it, so this is an issue between joerogers8 and Vod. We can all give our opinion on it, but none of us can do anything about it.
Among trust personalities here, this guy is really one of those who think based on the situation.
If someone here is giving out opinion, I don't think it's fair to give them neg trust, we can just have a healthy discussion to talk things about. (don't get me wrong though, I don't believe Earth is flat, lol)

Isn't ironic when someone is accusing you about scam, you'll give him/her neg tag instead of defending your self.

Yes, but am also wondering why Amazix has not come forward to clear its name in all of this? Because Equi has ruthlessly blamed them ofcourse when it became obvious they were fraudulent.
I am currently in their telegram group community and based from AmaZix statement, they have legal case against Equi and they aren't allow to give much info about Equi. Legal matter is different than giving out announcement to the public I guess.
If the ICO didn't meet the softcap and returned the amount of money to the investors but NO tokens where sent to bounty hunters due to the fact that the ICO failed, can you still call it scam?

From the first time you heard that the team is scam, you should have detached your self from them, leave the campaign and make an official announcement that you are no longer supporting the campaign. I think if you did that earlier, you shouldn't have encountered this.
Anyway, I do have a question, I noticed that there some ICOs who didn't meet the softcap and of course no tokens will be delivered to the participants. Will this be considered as scam?
