Am I the only one who has not gotten a payout confirmed? Mine says Zero confirmations after TWO Days. The weird thing is that other payouts since then have confirmed. Did they send it with too low of a fee?

The ID offending ID is: aa030f2598e53ec5ee8aeebe8eb8937f54ac98104f0b9d6276139045b30aaeb1

Hey guys, new miner here!

I am enjoying being part of the community and contributing my measles 9 THS to the pool!
I would like to know what params should i change to try get more shares and get a better performance, i hardly get 0.0001 BTC/day
SHould i change minimum difficulty default value? what can i do?

Thank you in advance.

Regards

There's nothing to do but keep your miner running Smiley

Your expected average BTC per day on 9THs is ~0.00243
http://tradebtc.net/bitcalc.php
but of course you have the 'ramp up' on the first few days (read Help->Payouts on the web site)
Also remember, that's per day, not per block - there's been 5 rewards so far today Smiley

You can't make a miner mine 'better' other than changing it's physical performance (or adding more miners)
The share difficulty has no expected difference, all it affects is variance and of course the pool wont let you put it too low so that you're sending truck loads of low diff shares to the pool to reduce your variance, since at ~18 SPM it's perfectly ok Smiley

Under the Workers menu, the Shitfs, Shift Graph and Workers pages tell you how you are performing.

@Kano After 5 days with my miner working at 9Th/s i am not getting more than 0.0014BTC each 18 hours and not 0.00243BTC each day as you say, whats going on?

I'll take a shot an answer. The total pool hash rate went up, so your rewards will drop because more people are contributing and the only way to increase them is to increase your participation amount. Also, I believe BTC block difficulty of the blocks found impacts rewards to a degree and they have been small so a smaller payoff.

The offset of that is the more hash rate the pool has, statistically the more consistent the blocks solved will be and will offset the lower payment amount.

Or something like that Smiley

Not Kano, of course, but what I see is that you have only been at 9TH for the last three blocks - in red above. And the blocks have been a little scarse the last two days. Along with the increase in pool hash-rate.

Block........Block UTC.......Miner Reward......N Diff.........N Range______Pool N Avg___Your %____Your N Diff____Your N Avg___Your BTC
484360.....9/Sep 14:09...14.12471596.......4.662T.......71hr 6m 56s.....78.22PHs.......0.03%.......1.562G............26.21THs........0.00473226

Since you spent enough time your latest reward should be very much like mine  just above

That person might have left the pool. Not sure what their user name is, but there is no one with the user name, "je_mario" running ~ 26TH on the "Stats" page. Be a shame if they did before reaching their 5Nd. A lot of people just don't understand why they are making very small amounts at first and quickly run off before reaching their potential.  Sad
Of course, might have a different miner/worker name.

And having to explain the 5Nd to every new miner who comes calling to the pool gets REALLY tiresome! They payouts page helps a little, but I'm sure it can also be confusing to a newbie. Oh well, what can ya do.... I imagine the foreign language speakers have the most trouble.

Anyway.... COMEONBLOCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool

Is there any affiliate programm ?

Affiliate program for the pool as in someone joins the pool using your ID as a reference or something of that sort? And you get something in return?
Not that I'm aware of.

Yeah, I'm curious to see what he got also. Mine looked like this:

Re: USED miners, how much?
by

Your first posts are for selling used miners. Buyers will ask escrow service for sure.
Also i am interested but need escrow.

I was just about to post that. LOL

For a Newbie to be selling miners off of a website they have just created can be is a red-flag in the world of buying miners. Many websites that purport to sell Antminers are a scam. Your "web site" will be looked at in that light.

Also, for you to say *you* are offering a full two-month warranty on the hardware sounds a bit fishy. How old are the miners? What batch? Are they still under the very short warranty from Bitmain? Are you going to be paying repair costs out of YOUR pocket for two months? Hmmm...

If you want to sell them - if you really have the hardware - you must contact one of the trusted sources on this forum and arrange escrow.
Otherwise, your choices are put them on Ebay or Amazon where the buyer will have some sort of payment recourse if the miners never show up for whatever reason.

P.S. I'm not a "newbie", I'm just posting under a new account I created from work so I can post on the forum.

We've got a couple of mining friends in Florida...please, be safe. Take care. Shut it down and get out if you have to. I'll be working remote support for Rubicon for a few days...

Peace be with us all.  Kiss

I plan on running all of my 45Ths or so until we loose power..btw, I am just outside Orlando.... Am am staying here and hunkering down.

You may want to unplug your miners when the weather starts getting bad. I wouldn't run them until the power goes out. Could damage the miners with power fluctuations. But that's just me and I know enough about electricity not to put my tongue on my miner's power supply. LOL  Shocked Shocked

I'm in the NC mountain and the storm is supposed to hit us on Monday night into Tuesday. I'll probably power down Monday night.

Good luck and be careful!!

Well, I am at work and it won't let me vote. I guess because this is only my second post under this user ID.

I would vote Kano. That's where I am and have been for a long time. And doing pretty well with my 50-60TH - depending on which S9 is giving me fits on which day! LOL  Angry

But I will revisit this poll when I get home in a few hours and register my vote properly,

Hi All,

Do you know there is an opportunity that you can invest and be a miner starting $500 ? any one who is interested on it can contact me the company called bitclub network

Kind Regards,

Hi, wmabern here.
I am at work and I saw this post. I don't have my regular user password so I created this login.

For any newbie reading this, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT fall for this ponzi/pyramid scheme.

Save your money and ignore things like this. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!

And this is a scam to suck the money from gullible people.
