KuwaitCoin at this juncture is a purely speculative play. It's nothing like an investment. Even though they haven't yet talked in-depth about their plans for action, and I'm sure plenty of key points are forthcoming or lost in translation, the dev and wmarab have been pretty clear that everyone needs to wait until they get to that point. IE, information will roll out as they formalize and finalize the project.
