Looks like bitcoin trader.biz is having some problems hopefully it is not also a scam like this was.

Hmm...by problems do you mean they too seem to be having a poor time making any BTC/LTC on the arbitrage?  Or do you mean something else odd is going on?

Looks like I may have gotten my first payment (0.02BTC)...I'll update the spreadsheet shortly.  I didn't get any PM from BTC-Arbs, and this is a new transaction which just showed up, so I'm assuming it's him because I haven't moved any coins to this address on the 24th nor has anyone else I can think of.

Edit: Corrected the BTC amount, was 0.02 not 0.2BTC.

BTC-ARBS!
do you need a second pm for that we lost? We do not see any movement of second payment!
hope to be wrong but your policy of refunds is hidden in the darkness...

My guess would be he doesn't as he's still working on "round 1" payments.  Myself along with a few others still have not got the first payment let alone a 2nd, so I'm guess is that the next round will take a bit longer.  I think all of us need to take a cue from PanicBot and just assume this money is "lost" and if we get something back treat it like xmas.  Cheers!

Ok everyone...I need to take a few mins of your time so you can watch me eat some crow...

If you check this thread you'll have seen that a number of times I mentioned that BTC-Arbs will likely never pay me back nor consider my claim legitimate because I had previously called him out on an extensive thread as a scammer over on Litecointalk forums.

Well, looks like I'm looking like the fool now as BTC-Arbs PM'd me last night! Smiley  So I want to publically apologize to BTC-Arbs for my previous speculative comments.  Clearly you've proven me wrong and you are being a stand-up guy and trying to make things right.

Going forward, I'll just sit tight and continue to be patient...

Ok...so this is odd.  I responded to BTC-ARBS to the PM he sent me on 8/2...and now its 8/15 with no communication since.  During that last PM he had asked for info (amount lost, username on site, etc.) -- to which I responded with the info requested.  Now its been nearly 2 weeks and no communication since.  Nothing to confirm that my claim is legit...no ETA on any payment(s).

Does anyone know how long he usually takes from that first PM to when he acknowledges the claim is legit and provides the ETA for payment(s)??

Trying to be patient...but is PM from 8/2 got me all excited...but not a word from him since.

Just to keep folks updated...

I got a PM response from BTC-Arbs. He's informed me that I should recieve a first payment prior to Sep 30th!  I'm excited to hear this news and looking forward to getting some of the BTC back.

More refunds in 5 minutes. I will finish replying to new PMs soon.

I received installment refund payments around 6/30 & 7/29, will I be seeing another payment soon? (I'm pretty broke)

Hang on. You've received 2 payments? I'm still waiting for me 2nd!

I think a lot of us are waiting for a second.  I believe he's just finishing up replying to his PM's with a first round payment schedule.  So he should be starting the second round in a few weeks.

2 Payments??? Some of us are still waiting on an acknowledgement let alone a first payment.

I do not really follow this thread too much because I do get my payments here and there. But I will give you props for continuing to pay people. Even if it is a small amount. So many people would have given up and ran.

+1 Agreed.  I must admit I do appreciate you're trying to make all this right BTC-Arbs.

how minimum invest in here?? can i know what u offer for daily profit?

You misunderstand.  He's not operating a business...instead BTC-Arbs is paying back all of us investors from many months ago when the site closed down.  He's not taking new investment money at all so far as I know.  He's trying to do the right thing and pay back all of us investors.  The payments he's making is for that and nothing else.

Received a whopping .05 Bitcoin today. The payments have gone from 1 BTC to .25 BTC to .05 BTC. Pretty discouraging.

Count your bleessings...At leat you've gotten something back.  I've been waiting since the begining of the replayment period with zero communcation.

Although I'm pretty sure he's not going to pay me back or even acknowledge I have a legitimate claim because I called him out as a scammer back when the site was "sold" to another company.  I want to have faith that he'll do the right thing here but who knows...with my luck he'll save my claim till last and I'll be in my 70s or some such.

Who was the other two people/website/information or anything that scammed you twice before Btc arbs.com?

One was an online LTC wallet from like ~1.5years ago when I first got into Litecoin mining.  Took me for a few hundred LTC.

The other was a private trade which went sour when the other guy disappeared.  My fault for trusting too much and not using escrow.

I'm not sure how POS works exactly when it comes to staking...but I have a question:

My wallet has been saying "Expected time to earn rewards is 4 minutes"...it's been displaying that for several hours.

My question is, it this number even remotely accurate?  Or is there something wrong with my wallet staking?

Not a huge deal, was just curious.

The semester starts in a week. I really need money for books. Guess I'm screwed, thanks a lot btc arbs.

Please don't take this as a defence of what BTC-ARBS did, but...you shouldn't be risking money you can't afford to lose.  If you knew that you needed money to buy books, why risk it on some fly-by-night high-risk venture in the cryptocurrnecy world?

I've been burned a couple of times by various scammers (including BTC-ARBS)...each time I learn something new to protect myself.  I also NEVER put in more money than I can safely afford to lose and assume that I'm going to get scammed.  This is the Wild West of CryptoLand...you can't blame others if you get suckered into a scam.  BTC-ARBS was too good to be true...we all knew it at some point, yet like every miserable human, we fuckign got greedy and let that greed overcome common sense.

I'm sorry you lost money...but I don't have much sympathy for folks complaining they got scammed.

Here's hoping he's doing well with the market moving like it is.   And hopefully once he gets through the first wave of payments they will increase in speed.

Now if I could just be acknowledged I would be happy....

6/8 and waiting.  I don't want to jump ahead of anyone, but I've seen people I know come in after me that have already received a payment.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

a. Some stupid person got my refund email shut down. Probably the same person who has been sending threats and attacking the refund process. I don't know why people are fighting the refunds. There is nothing to gain. Everyone will be paid back. If this was a scam I would not be here and would not have repaid more than 100 bitcoins so far.

IF YOU SENT AN EMAIL AND DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY SEND A PM HERE INSTEAD.

b. Right now there is only 1 page of PM messages that have no reply yet.

c. More payments sent.

Sorry to hear that people can't behave themselves when your'e trying to make things right.

Per your request, I've sent you a PM with my information.

Thank you.

I have a feeling a lot of people on the spreadsheet either weren't honest or are not updating it, though.
I have a feeling a lot of people on the spreadsheet just haven't been refunded. My case, at least.

I'm in the same boat.

In fact I may be worse off than most...I don't think btc-arbs will ever pay me back because of the way I called him out as a scammer over on the litecointalk forums.  Months ago when the supposed "buy out" happened I started digging into things and couldn't reconcile all the odd behavior...so I started a thread to warn folks that the website has become a scam.  So my guess is he won't honor my refund of 1.25BTC because of that.  I hope he's better than that, but who knows...there's no transparency in what he's doing, who's getting paid and why, who's next in his queue, who he deems has a legit claim, etc....So all we can do is be patient and hope he stays true to his word and honors all legit requests for repayment.

I emailed but never PMd. Is that an issue?

I asked that same question a while back as well.  From what I can figure out BTC-Arbs may be paying back PMs first and emails later.  So if that is in fact the case, guys like you and me who emailed only may be waiting a while.

All you can do is sit tight and be patient as BTC-Arbs only replies when he's ready to start making a payment(s) to your claim.

Hello,
more than 1 month ago i sent a PM to the admin about my account details, but i don't received any refund by him.
What is this google doc that you are speaking about? I can't find it in previous posts.
What is the right way to ask for refund?

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1JKPeMI91oO9_khnM-1qWFi7SflhXStC6OJC3QSFQDU8/edit?pli=1#gid=1324696940

Can i add my username here? If i can, what amount have i to put in the field?
My investment was 50$...
If you invested USD the you should have already received your money.  The payback is only for people that invested bitcoin and haven't received back what they invested yet.
No, i haven't received yet.
I sent a PM to the admin on last 16th June, but he didn't reply me.
So, now what should i do? Am i the one in this situation?

That's pretty much it mate...just sit back and be patient...BTC-Arbs doesn't respond to anyone until the time he's ready to start making payments for a particular person's claim.

That's a real set of steel balls you got there mate making such a dumb ass offer?!?!?!?  Granted Fury/Blizzards may never break even let alone turn a profit...but we'd be stupid to sell our Fury/Blizzards at this price...I know for a fact if I keep mining with mine I'll make more than $20 before they reach the end of useful life.  How about I sell you my Fury/Blizzards when they no longer turn a profit?  I'll take $20 a piece then! Cheesy
