This is QoinPro, We are on the (old) VTA chain and it will be delisted soon, might be replaced by the new VTA chain. I'm not aware of any places that still support the old chain, but when we delist the old chain and add the new one, we will have a swapping option so you don't lose funds. Still have to determine the rate and date though.

Thank you hashers_co_uk for pointing out this thread has been neglected and should be revived to address community concerns.

I'll concede support is slow and leaves much to be desired. As you can imagine, many people are requesting free coins, even post-fork and the amounts of e-mail / requests is simply overwhelming. This only costs us money and there is not enough money for support staff available and the forks keep coming. That however doesn't mean we've any bad intentions, it just means support is slow. We've been giving away coins since 2014 and are not leaving any time soon. For every withdrawal complaint you might read, there is a corresponding TXID on the blockchain.

At the moment we're catching up with support , but we won't be fully caught up until somewhere in December.

It is not my intention to turn this into a support thread or entertain trolls, so i wont go into individual cases in public (however i will answer individual cases through PM) and I will address other issues / concerns you might have.

We're supporting TIPS (new chain) and are using a modified wallet (see earlier in the thread), however would like to know if there is an updated wallet (please let me know).
