This is true especially to those ICOs whose supporters are fond of posting gifs and keep on asking when lambo, when moon. Good thing I sold mine before reaching rock bottom price. Moral here if the promises are too good to be true, stay away as far as possible from these ICOs

I am quite sure Im referring to article bounty. In Medium you may search for some ICOs familiar to you that you know have ongoing bounty campaigns. You'd be surprised to see some that contain nothing when you open them. I think the link created by this empty article is being used in bounty to reserve their spot which they can later on edit to their liking with no pressure of missing the spot because they are already reserved.

..... Not only money, but they also lose the chance for spreading their companies when article contributors take up most of the limited slots available and just post "reserved" after the title. I've seen so many of these in eligible sites, and I wonder if the contributors are actually doing the ICOs a favor in exchange for their tokens... maybe not.

Article writing has become the favorite choice of bounty hunters since they only need to secure their slot, and work on their articles later, social media bounties wherein you have to like, share, post on a daily basis that could take months. Some samples that I saw were already two-three weeks old and are still empty bearing only "reserved". Very counter-productive to say the least.

Those respected bounty managers must prevent this from happening by outright removal of the "reserved" and give the slots to members who are actually posting well-written and complete articles. my 2 cents

In my case I linked my local Bitcoin wallet to a carrier-provided debit card, so I just go straight to an atm machine and withdraw just like an ordinary atm card.

I also feared of this problem. So instead, I installed an app called authy to install all my 2FA. This can be installed on multiple phones so the risk losing my 2fa has been is now gone.

If you feel there's a hype going on with your invested coin/token, try not to miss the ride. I missed this in one of my coins and now it's only worth 1/10 of the original value, when I could have had it for ten-folds if I was able to ride the hype.

Don't just entrust your fund to anyone claiming to bring you profits. Give time to study if you want to succeed in trading.  And while studying try to look for exchanges that offer trials so you won't lose yet.
