they are working on that, and if they don't succeed every US participants will get a refund I think
Goodness, I have said I will not participate in any ICO with huge disparity in the price of pre-sale and ICO, just look at 0.03 and 0.12, that is 400% bonus, this was what happened with SONM ICO, and the price has been very since then, because of this huge disparity in bonus, that is 4x return at the expense of ICO investors
That is true, but those buying in at 0.03 and 0.05 has to have their tokens vested:

Users doesn't need to buy tokens, they will automatically be bought behind the scenes when doing a transaction.
