Waiting for more than 4 months for my money (from MtGox) - what next?

I've initiated a bank transfer request from MtGox interface at the end of September, and money has still not arrived to my account.
Although I have expected some delays, 4 months is beyond insane, so I am going to file a formal complaint with Japanese financial authority/authorities, assuming I can figure out which one to contact.
Does anyone have experience with this and knows which authority would be the best one to contact?
I would assume that "Financial Services Agency" (http://www.fsa.go.jp/en/) would be the one, but if anyone else has better suggestions, I will appreciate it.
Thanks.

Oh damn, it would appear that I am an idiot. There really is a Tripoli in Lebanon, haha. I am off to my corner.
Regardless, it's still a scam. Hopefully noone falls for it.
So, I got the posting privileges and I just wanted to ask you why the hell are you even debating anything, when they are obviously located in "Tripoli - Lebanon".
And what does that mean?
Jesus Christ. Don't people learn geography anymore?
Tripoli is, and has always been, in Libya.
They might've moved it to Lebanon recently, but I think we'd hear about it.
Pardon me put he never existed. I know geography, what are you implying is what i meant.
But ofcourse i know what your implying you racist bigot. Intelligence is not geographically impaired.
Wow. "Racist bigot"?
You are seeing "things", it seems.
You need your head examined. As soon as possible.
e: seems like I need to have my head examined after all, I came to conclusions too quickly, whoops

Hi.
I've been following BTC for quite some time, and I didn't really want to post anything (there is soooo much to read), but I would really like to get whitelisted so that I can point out to those dumb people in CedarTek thread that damn Tripoli is not in Lebanon, but in Libya - so they should at least for a while stop debating whether CedarTek are a scam or not (they are, of course).
Is it possible that so many people don't know basics of geography these days and they haven't noticed such an obvious screwup?
Our Service is momentarily not available. 1. All funds (EUR, USD, PLN, GBP & Bitcoins) are safe. 2. All withdrawals will be gradually processed chronologically from another bank account. 3. The Polish authority closed your Bank account in Poland. 4. Our lawyers are working with high pressure on a solution.
We will back with Bitcoin-24 2.0 on when all declarations are finished.
Well btc24 "exchangers" we wont be taking part in current btc price resolving situation ...
Something tells me he has packed up and left with whatever he can carry.
More likely this is a result of many mongoloids panicking in past 2 days because they couldn't get in on the "run" (transfers not showing up in their BTC24 accounts 3 seconds after they've made them), and quite few people were seemingly reporting BTC24 to police, bank, whomever.
I had no idea how many greedy idiots there are in this world until now.
