Completely rewritten node management using a single NodeManager and messaging system
Completely rewritten round management (removed mem_round, reward block fees to forger)

Made peers management entirely in-memory for efficiency
Strengthened the transaction management and broadcast (reject often, reject soon)

BitcoinArsenal ARK is a shitcoin the same as crypti or lisk. There is nothing new in ARK. Only simple changes: lisk 101 delegate>>> ark 51 delegate, lisk block time 10-12 sec>>> ark 8-10 sec and removed or disabled old crypti functions. Ark doesn't have any new functions. They promised smart contracts, private transactions. Nothing has been done. They don't want to hire new developers. ARK is a big scam. It is not a valuable, any idiot can take the crypti source and change the name to ARK. After pump many people will become ark bagholders throughout his life.
It shouldn't be difficult for POLO to list ARK, since Lisk is listed and ark is similar to it. It will probably be soon. !!
