Can anyone share his earnings on XVGMG on suprnova in the last days? I am very happy with the pool and always had little bit higher earnings than what whattomine says, but in the last days I am earning around 25 coins less per day, per machine. I have around 210-215 coins per day per machine. Thanks in advance.

My current last day stats @suprnova:  220 XVG.

Ok, thank you

Verge is rising. This means more miners mine werge, this means less verge for every miner...

I am aware of that. But it rose yesterday and today. I am talking about previous days. The interesting thing was the following: whattomine says I will mine 240 XVG/day/machine on difficulty 1.35M (approx.) and on suprnova pool the difficulty is like 1.1M (approx.) and I still earn around 210-215. When the XVG hack attack happen I was following the owner of the pool and he looked very honest person, so I don't think some hidden taxes are the reason for my lower earnings.  Still would like to hear somebody's earnings, if he/she is willing to share them of course.

I asked a dew days ago and baikal said to me 4000 USD for x10, someone knows why they reduce the price??

Simple, cause they aren't selling fast enough. They lower price little by little to get the suckers that want to pay more first before getting the rest of the buyers. That's why they were selling at first for like $7000.

How they work:
Get suckers that wants to pay $7000, then when there's no more suckers, lower to $6000, and when no more suckers, lower again, rinse and repeat until stock is gone.

In other words, to maximize their profits since they aren't as big as Bitmain to be pumping out toasters non-stop.

So for more me, I woudn't pay anywhere close to $2000.

Remember, they were originally selling for $1188 so they had to make profits. Once they realized third party sellers were selling for a lot more, their price jumped.

Ok, I agree they were expensive and they were acting with some delay, but I think the whole firm is little bit slow (observation that I took when I ordered mine). But let's take a look from their perspective.
Imagine you are the owner of company Baikal and you are producing those ASICs for let's say 500$ (just suggestion, I have no idea for how much they produce them). Your margin in October - December has been 700$ roughly (for batch 1 that was 1188$) and 900$ (for batch 2 that was 1399$) or 58.33% and 64.28% respectively (gross margins, but I don't believe they have a lot of costs for advertisement and other things). In the beginning they were making 200$ days (so tempting) but we were aware how earns will drop rapidly. Still we had around 50-60$ earnings in the beginning of December which gives us Payback period of approx. 23 days.

Now - it comes December everything booms even more, XVG makes new all time high in the beginning of January and you are making almost 100$ per machine per day. The payback period is reduced to 14 days (for second batch) and 12 days (for first batch). Now you make a good research and you realize that people are willing to pay even for payback period of 180 days (especially the guys with GPU rigs). So you are saying to yourself: there are new people coming in the mining sphere, willing to wait for 6 months to get their money back and nowadays one of my machines makes 100$ day. You check on ebay and you see people are paying right now around 11,000 euros for one of your machines. As a produced you sold your batches on very low price. You don't want to lose money again. So you increase the prices to 7000$ (I don't know their way of price formation, but they did it somehow) and the payback period for their clients now is 70 days and even if mining profits drop to 50$ per day it still will be 140 days (lower than 180) and they still offer the best product. Your margins are going to approx. 92%. It is a win-win situation. So please don't blame them they are ripping people off. They are just trying to be flexible and to adapt to the new prices in the crypto world. You would have done the same. Again - I am saying they are little bit slow and maybe don't adapt very fast, but looks like they are trying. They were keeping for long time 7000$ for sure and the only thing I didn't like and I wouldn't have done if I was the owner of the company is the MoQ of 6.

That is all from me. Have a nice day and let's hope for a new big jump in crypto prices.

Disclosure: I am not owner (entirely or partially) of Baikal, nor their employee.

So I am reading that people are doing between 20$ and 60$ per machine per day in that starpool. So for simplicity lets say it is around average of 40$. Is there anyone who can confirm (eventually with a SS) that made two days in a row, or more, more than 50$ per machine per day?

So what do you guys think of baikal's new pricing for x10?  Grin It seems that all this mining rush thing came out in a worst imagined way...

Do you know the new price?

Some guy received and email and posted in the facebook group: $7000 for X10 and $9000 for Giant-B, MOQ:6. You cannot order 3 and 3. It should be 6 from one model. Just ridiculous.....

good luck in business Grin everyone becomes greedy, its shame on baikal how they made price higher, they would be more trusty if they sell it for old price like before 1400 usd for one unit now its just insane, i bet re sellers will higher price even more now, just to get more USD

I can understand to offer it on higher prices but.... this is too much. And with that MOQ is even worse. If they want to go and work only with resellers that is whole different story. I would have agreed even somewhere between $2000-$2500, but this is too much.

dont panic when nobody is going to buy they will lower a price, patience is a key
I really hope you are right.

I am waiting to see your results from XVG, though the difficulty got up again on 600k so the earnings got reduced very hard. Now the website shows that for my last 24h hours I got 493 coins/miner.

The more interesting thing for me is that at the same time mining-dutch pool has 400k difficulty, which is much lower. And eventually thinking to switch there

To see which pool performs better, IMHO you should use 2 X10 units.
Start them in the same moment, one mining at suprnova, one at the other pool.
Stop them in the same moment, after at least 24 hours.
Then, you will be able to see which pool is the most profitable, even if pool luck is still a variable.

Yea I was thinking the same.

I am fedup of SuperNova now in last 24 hour it paid me only 380 XVG
can anyone suggest me any better pool for XVG Myriad Groestl?

Thanks.

i got 332 for 16 hours  makes ~500 for 24h

why am i not getting 500 plus?  Angry

Maybe try the mining dutch. I may also start there to test for 24h

1. I am not promoting anyones pool, i am willing to point my miner to any pool based on PROP.

2. I am well aware of the difference between PPLNS and PROP, however in my experience the PROP always pays better (while i point 1 or 2 miners, so its not like putting alot of hash rate story)

3. I only recommend based on my experience, for example i like Baikal services but most of other people don't. So you complain me or Baikal? offcourse you complaint to Baikal. I and many others who pointed several Baikals got paid so from my experience they always pay.
Also, whats the proof they did not paid you? Even , If someone don't pay you do not blame me, they posted on forum that you need to contact them and get paid on your coins, now contact him and if he don't pay post a negative review about them.

4. I will share today earning of Supernova XVG  and LBRY after few hours

Are you looking at whattomine.com front page and specify 10000MH to Groestl you will see reward at 1080 XVG

But if you enter XVG and enter 10000 MH you will see reward at 660 XVG.
http://whattomine.com/coins/218-xvg-myriad-groestl?utf8=%E2%9C%93&hr=10000&p=450.0&fee=0.0&cost=0.1&hcost=0.0&commit=Calculate

I am using the calculator, not the front page, because it is more accurate. I think the front page is somehow prediction, while the calculator by itself (the one when you go to page - Coins) is based on the last 24 hours. Though, I am not quite sure in my statement. I have never managed to figure out properly the front page. It always gives higher values.

In suprnova last week I was doing 450 XVG per day per miner, when whattomine says around 430. I have changed for two days to DGB and now the difficulty of XVG is down to 400k. Yesterday I switched again to XVG_MYGR (suprnova) and I don't have 24h yet on that 400k difficulty. But the hour earnings says all the time between 50-55 per hour for two machines (so 25-27 per machine). You can do the rest of the calculations.

My "last day" is currently 525 XVG.
What port are you using , please share

stratum+tcp://xvg-mg.suprnova.cc:7722 this one is for me.

Now I checked my earnings again. 1191 and for 23 hours. Whattomine now says 1350, so I am little below. But I think the difficulty got dropped little since yesterday. I will follow closely and will let you know. But the difference for now is not big -100. After one hour I will have full 24 hours and will see.

Who want a Pool with Proportional (Prop) - The block reward is distributed among miners in proportion to the number of shares they submitted in a round. The expected reward per share depends on the number of shares already submitted in the round.

for XVG MY_GR as SuperNova does not pay well, SuperNova is paying 30% less to us...

If there is interest of 20 X10 machines than i can ask a friend to build a pool where there would be no tricks of PPLNS

Just received my 2 Giant X10  Cheesy Cheesy at last!

It wasn't that late, taking into consideration the Holidays period!

1st, lets hope for operations with minimal problems as it seems to cause lots of them Cheesy
2nd, any one would like to propose a pool to point these midgets?

Thanks and hope you all happy mining!

ra_XOr
https://www.mining-dutch.nl/ are a good pool with auto btc conversion, xvg and geo doing well there
how much daily Huh?
Around 500 xvg per 24hr per machine. I now have 1 machine mining xvg and the other at miningpoolhub mining geo.

One of my machines is running 10 degrees hotter than the other even when on the same algo, thinking of flashing the firmware with the latest release but it seems you need to dismantle the miner to get to the card, anyone know how to do this before I get the screwdrivers out!

where are you mining your XVG at ? Im on idcray and no where near 500 xvg per machine

I am also mining XVG a the moment in suprnova. I am mining there in the last 3 days. The first day I got 600 per machine after that it dropped down to 500.

I have never used it but I know it pays directly in BTC. Anybody to give some info? Or some info for suprnova.cc or theblocksfactory.com?

I got the email confirmation as well just now

Same here
Same here. Was getting worried Smiley what about psu? Which one you guys gonna use?

I really don't think it will be as attractive as Giant X10. Either I don't see where is the real profit, either I am right and there is not as much opportunity as Giant X10. LBRY gives 400$ per day, today, but we all know what is going to happen, especially when there is no announcement date, price or whatever and asicminermarket already has a price of 5000$....

A lot of people are still waiting for shipping batch 2 and they already release new product.....wtf? I hope at least 2 of the algos will be added to giant x10. Just FYI I don't see any announcement date but asicminermarket.com already listed it on their website. People that bought from there.... watch out. I hope at least my miners (25th-30th Dec batch) won't get big delay.
