I will be following this. As a hodler of Bitcoin and Ethereum I love the BTC and Eth airdrop! As a miner, I can appreciate the POW stage.

accept only full member and up its better if they are also have eth or BTC balance in thier wallet so only the real community can only claim not just the one created an account to join and abuse the airdrop. Everything that Darwin02 said but also be sure to ask for the email address coz otherwise anyone can use another person's username to participate.

If am not mistaken XCN ticker is already been used by cryptonite coin So I guess you will have to consider re-branding your coin or use X as a ticker.
