Thank guitarplinker for pointing it out. Got it verified now.
To Abdussamad: I'm have 2 machines, 1 is my main PC running Windows, 1 is Ubuntu server (which is also running a full bitcoin node).
I don't want to install gpg on the Windows machine, So I use Ubuntu.

Here is what I did.
Using the RSA key ID 695506FDfound from the last error, I get Amazing's key by changing the key of the first command.

gpg --keyserver pool.sks-keyservers.net --recv-keys 695506FD
gpg: requesting key 695506FD from hkp server pool.sks-keyservers.net
gpg: key 695506FD: public key "Animazing <animazing@gmail.com>" imported
gpg: no ultimately trusted keys found
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg:               imported: 1  (RSA: 1)

gpg --verify electrum-2.1.1.exe.asc electrum-2.1.1.exe
gpg: Signature made Fri 24 Apr 2015 03:52:59 PM MDT using RSA key ID 695506FD
gpg: Good signature from "Animazing <animazing@gmail.com>"
gpg: WARNING: This key is not certified with a trusted signature!
gpg:          There is no indication that the signature belongs to the owner.

wget https://download.electrum.org/electrum-2.1.1.exe

Following a post from reddit
I did

gpg --keyserver pool.sks-keyservers.net --recv-keys 7F9470E6
gpg: requesting key 7F9470E6 from hkp server pool.sks-keyservers.net
gpg: key 7F9470E6: "Thomas Voegtlin (https://electrum.org) <thomasv@electrum.org>" not changed
gpg: Total number processed: 1
gpg:              unchanged: 1

gpg --fingerprint

gpg --verify electrum-2.1.1.exe.asc electrum-2.1.1.exe
gpg: Signature made Fri 24 Apr 2015 03:52:59 PM MDT using RSA key ID 695506FD

Re: What if someday Bitcoin Foundation votes to remove 21M limitation?

In theory Bitcoin Foundation can do that if they controls majority of the network.
But if that's the case, all other people will just leave the network.
Bitcoin now becomes worthless, since nobody wants it.

That is the beauty of peer-to-peer network.
Similar thing with the 51% attack, The attacker is the one getting most damage.

Hashing is consider a complicated math, since it's super hard to do without computer.
I bet even you cannot do it using hand/paper.
That is just simple way to explain it to average audience.

Re: When will people feel comfortable using BTC ?

When there is a solution for a wallet that easy to use/maintain and hard to steal from.
For now I can not recommend any of my friends to save/use bitcoin, because showing them how to secure a wallet and use them properly is a "mission impossible" for non technical users.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't seem like mining will be a viable investment by the time 2015 rolls around.

You are correct. To keep the network decentralized as much as possible, mining should not be a high profit investment. if it's so, people with a lot of money will control network. That's why the reward is halved every 4 years.

First, Your title is a little bit aggressive!

Yes there are a lot of problems with bitcoins,
But the chance for them to happen are way too small, that we don't need to care about them.

You get different answers because Bitcoin mining is all about estimation, it is changing all the time.
(Difficulty changes exactly every 2016 blocks, but nobody knows exactly how long does it take to find these blocks)

You should have done more research on Bitcoin before investing it.

Newzbin.com shutdowned in 2011!
Some similar sites only accept bitcoins, I remembered it was only $10/coin, but it was too hard to buy one.
So I started to mine just enough to pay for the subscription
I have regretted that I turned off the mining software.

Then last year, When bitcoin price suddenly jumped up to $200/coin.
I started to read more about it, more interested ever since.

but on a longer run when difficulty becomes very high where mining completely becomes nonviable option in the neighborhood and only large and corporate organizations could only afford to do mining...

Mining is designed to be less profitable as possible (hint: half reward every 4 years)
This prevents corporate pour money into mining business. As you can see now, there no ASIC hardware on the market is profitable. If you think you will make profit, when bitcoin price is up. Then it's better to buy bitcoin.

As much as I love Bitcoin, But
Bitcoin's platform is not ready for mass adoption!

If you look at this instruction how to secure your wallet alone
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Securing_your_wallet
This instruction is no way doable for average Joe, who don't know anything about command line.
I can only see mass adoption, until we have hardware bitcoin wallet.

And yesterday, I came across this
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Change
I can bet more than 50% of bitcoin users who have paper wallets don't know what "Change" is, how it could be a disaster when using paper wallets.

Now I just think this is going to be an issue!
I thought having a backup of my wallet on USB and printing my private keys to a paper is safe
But apparently every time I spent, there is a new private key generated.
So I need to backup this new updated wallet and reprint my list of private keys.

Let's assume I made a paper wallet and transferred 1 BTC to it and gave it to my friend.
Then later, he spent 0.1 BTC on something by using the private key printed on that paper.
Little did he know, his wallet is now empty and useless, since there is 0.9 BTC change had been "refunded" to a different address with different private key.

The question is
Why does the transaction not give the change back to the same output address?
