I am also assuming that Bitcoin is not going to recover, and considering there is no intrinsic value to Bitcoin, it probably will not recover.

Our main investor pulled out at the last minute, although we suspect he didn't have the money in the first place, so we are now looking for another investor.

Unfortunately that includes quite a few script kiddies trying to game the system, but they will be weeded out.
A tip for script kiddies who are trying to fake the waitlist signup; when you are faking stuff like this, make it random and make sure that the whole process is followed, i.e. either a tweet is made or the link is shared on facebook.

You really should update the OP, most of use don't really want to go elsewhere except here in bitcointalk forum.
Posting all the details on the first page would be a lot better. It shows respect to the forum where you want to acquire investors and at the same time its where you wanna promote your crypto.

If not, tell me how you plan to sustain a value of $1.40 per XDR.money, since you will need total capital consisting of the pegged value x any "coins" that will be circulated.

It really depends on how you manage the peg that dictates how much capital you need. But that information will be in the whitepaper.

How come you have decided the price even before launching? It's kinda confusing.
One of the biggest barriers to everyday use of cryptocurrencies is volatility, so we are pegging it to the IMF SDR for stability.
