I'm not looking for investors or money, I'm just after advice. I'm setting up the Crypto Coin Tree private investment club, and I've installed Drupal 8 on the domain. I posted a few comment in the internal forum at http://cryptocointree.com/clubroom/forum
I seem to be spending a lot of time reading up on the legal implications, and also the creation of the private coin associated with it. The interaction between future members has also required a lot of thought.
Some of the other topics I've considered are - what to do with any advertising revenue. How to value new payments after the fund has appreciated, and a few other things.
Any comments or advice would be appreciated.

It depends from your country's laws. Try contacting a government official or a local lawyer.

I am thinking of buying an engraved wallet into jewellery for my GF. But I am not sure.
I think it's a little tacky but could be a cute little gift, with bitcoin still pretty unpopular I do not know if she would really appreciate it.

as you can see card 4 is just not responding, so rather than have a look, I will just get rid.
I just refreshed miner as you can see, I have not updated firmware or messed with anything!
Many people have benefited from my auctions as most of the time it's something simple. but I do not guarantee anything.
This come complete with a new pump/res (not the stock one a that leaked) all pipes.
THERE WILL BE NO FLUID SENT TO REDUCE WEIGHT, please do not fill with water, this needs proper pc cooling liquid.
Auction starts at 0.5BTC min inc 0.005BTC this included UK shipping, I would prefer to keep this in UK, I will send most E.U. but you need to add the extra.
To stop ninja bidding, auction will end 15 min after last bid, and keep going until a full 15 min has passed since last bid!
