Yeah sure. When you do the verification spotify will ask you for the zip code. To get the zip code you login on a pc web browser ideally, then you go to:
https://www.spotify.com/us/family/api/get-family-plan/
It will show some programming code. Then you look for the word master and find the zip code next to it. Then enter this zip code with spotify and viola! You oassed the verification...

Hello, just now my account downgraded. I tried to upgrade another account but it says "cannot upgrade at this current time."
edit: tried update again today, it works now. Trusted and recommended services

If your account downgrades after you purchase an upgrade is free to re-upgrade your account.

It depends sometimes it would let you sometimes it don't. But you would be 100% able to upgrade another account.
i see, if my account downgrade later, to upgrade other account is it free or need to pay again?
