Yes , I already post in their official thread in btt but It's old one , I get reply from them but they say need time , It's now more than 2 month and every time they reply saying need time they start ignoring my messages

I have some Problems with My account , It's now more than 30 days and support don't reply to my ticket
My XMR are hold and trying to withdraw but I don't have access to my mail that I use In signup so I can't enable 2FA , Please help me to get this problem solved .
