for that kind of money you can get like rig with 4 gpu-s and 2500kh/s.
it can earn you around 0.7LTC/day or around 20LTC/month. even less wit difficulty jumps.
so even if you earn like $400/months you'll need 5-6 months to ROI.
till then scrypt asic and diff will run you over so it's a bad idea IMHO.
go to Group buy section and get yourself a nice 200gh antminer for 1.35btc.
better chances to make ROI and earn something.

You won't find a miner that will make you a profit. So, you should consider Group mining. Check out the group mining section here to signup to a group.
Or GPU mining, so many people not realizing its better for low budget. At least I think this way and already made some profits : )
