Anyone else having payout issues? I don't seem to be able to trigger a payout regardless of how far below my confirmed amount I set the threshold. I've also tried setting the threshold to my confirmed amount plus a small buffer (less than my share of the next confirmed round) to try and trigger that way). I have a valid wallet. Is there any scope for a "pay me now" button?
Yep, I'm suffering from that too since yesterday
I just received my payment - it took quite a while though.

My G+ says "send invites" so try to login now. This Button will soon disappear I guess. It flaps all the time.
How many posts does it take to get some free BTCs in my wallet?
That would be nice - but where to get these bitcoins from? I doubt the people would like an inefficient javascript miner running in the background when visiting the forum.
Damn! I've just upgraded the phoenix and while doing this (2 minutes?) the long round ended. Guess what - I got less than HALF of the normal income. I know, its the score, I know. But this really sucks.
My slow 5670 generates a share every about every minute, that means 3 minutes per share up to 3 shares per minute. With respect to the score based system, I get ~0.0005 to ~0.003 BTC per round depending on submission time of the last share. This is a very high jitter though it averages to 0.001BTC in my case.
And yes - it sucks, esp. when the round took about 4 hours and you only get 0.0002BTC.

Re: Slush's pool: Profits are waaaay lower than usual?
My current send threshold is 0.05BTC so I get a payout once or twice a week (I only mine, if my computer is on anyway - and I'm only surfing). My reward for one round is about 0.001BTC. Transaction fees are actually 0. Would there be any (other) problem to set the payout much lower - say 0.001?

Running my 5670 with poclbm -v -w128 -f 240 when surfing gives about 70Mhash/s. Using -f 1 will boost it up to 82Mhash/s.

I think RAM and CPU are OK, when taking other usages into account, eg. when difficulty arises or a new game comes out. If he wanted that piece only for bitcoin mining, your'e right - he could upgrade it later, if mining isn't profitable anymore.

The 5830 usually takes two slots - and you want to integrate 4 on that board? Using the last slot for the fourth card would mean to obstruct a lot of ports according to the pic of that board.

These newbie restrictions are very annoying. I read this forum for quite a while. Now that I'm really gonna to answer a post I cannot, since I just registered for that purpose.
