It's very hard to say. MONA has a great potential because it's the only decentralized Japanese coin. Also, it's being used in stores there.
If more Japanese investors enter the crypto world, it will be good for MONA.
On the other hand, MONA is not traded on Bitflyer, Japan biggest exchange.
Also, the fact it's decentralized makes it longer to pump.
I believe it's a good entry point but you should be long term with MONA
